The lonely godfather asks if he wants to grab a bite or watch a ball game. He now realizes Dan is wearing a jacket and has plans - with Jen. He praises her and adds she is everything Chloe is not! Dan gives him a look and gets him to stop the trash talk. He is a gentleman, as always, and has also decided that he should slow things down with Jennifer, who might not be ready ... Vic thinks he should not be so cautious, then adds he is there as he has something he wants him to see. - Abigail flounces into the house and is amazed to see Jen looking like a femme fatale, with her glam dress and updo! She must like this guy! Jen explains that his first wife was stunning, as is Chloe. She is not sure she measures up to his type. Abigail points out one of his types died and the other one had another guy's baby. He must be ready for another type. Abigail also lets her know Chad brought her flowers and they are going out tonight. Jen is not pleased to hear it, as this must be serious. Abigail quips not as serious as her mom and Daniel ... Jen tries to deny it, but Abigail is happy for her. - Nicole cries alone on a park bench bench, missing her mom. She only wanted to be happy but now it is all gone. No one cares if they make her miserable. EJ loves Taylor, hates her, and all has gone wrong! Mama Fay's glamorous ghost appears and suggests she ask herself how she can make things right! Nicole tells her how Sydney just told her she loved her. Fay suggests she knows what she must do. Nicole agrees that she does. - Rafe enters the loft. He is on his phone, leaving a voicemail for Sami. Their "guest" was little help, so he is still unsure how to act around the DiMeras. Sami is with Caroline, whom he assumes still hates him. The message is soon over. Rafe now looks in the imposter's bag and finds Fay's cameo. He does not think their guy was a cross dresser ... But it does not look like something from a bar pickup. He hopes to figure out what it is before the DiMeras are onto him. - Meanwhile, the impertinent imposter is slowly getting out of his ropes. He recalls taking Fay's cameo and laments he is gonna be toast! He is desperate to escape before he is turned over to the cops or even worse, the DiMeras! - At the mansion, Stefano disagrees with EJ that he will eliminate Rafe 2 himself. EJ is all worked up, insisting it is his fight. He does not want the guy near his kids or mucking around his life. He wants him dead! Chad enters, senses the tension, and asks if everything is okay. EJ frowns. Chad explains he has a date tonight. Stefano offers him some cash. Proud Chad thanks him but refuses. Stefano tells him to have a nice time and son number 2 exits. EJ bitterly notices their rapport. He and Stefano continue their discussion. Papa phoenix thinks he is trying to prove a point. EJ does not want anyone to think he is a man of empty threats but Stefano has something else on his mind. "When were you planning on telling me that your back has been against the wall because Nicole is trying to blackmail you!" He wants to know precisely what she has on him ... - Mel enters the pub in a pretty red number. Dario grins. Mel is there to practice her pool. He offers to teach her. She has a friend coming. Dario thinks her friend cannot be as good as him. Brady saunters in and puts an end to that! The guys exchange words. Brady makes a snide remark about the money he paid because of him.
