| Tuesday, June 21, 2011 up by 5 pm est June 20 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! THE SALEM PATIENT! PART 1 - At the chaotic clinic, Dr. Dan is relieved that EJ's blood pressure is holding. Mel nervously thanks him for his help. Dan warns her that he will remember what Brady did to him, once the meds wear off. Mel is worried about a Kiriakis/DiMera war. At least it was put off for a day. Jen notes Mel is a good friend to Brady. Dan, Carly, Jen, and Mel now watch as the patient stirs. Dan ushers the ladies out of the room. He then asks EJ whether he can hear him. "Where am I?" he gasps. In the hospital. Why? He was beaten up. Dan asks if he has any idea who did this to him. Mel peers through the door, which is slightly ajar. EJ last remembers being at the pier, but claims he saw no one. He adds he is tired. Dan tells him to rest and the Salem patient shuts his eyes. Dr. Dan joins the ladies outside the Salem patient's room. It appears they got a break. Retrograde amnesia. Carly points out that EJ will eventually want to know why they brought him to the clinic, however. Dan decides to transfer to the hospital and pretend he was the one who found him. Mel is worried about him taking the fall. Dan is more worried about the DiMeras learning she was involved, though. Mel exits. Dan touches Carly's face and thinks she should go home. He promises Jen he will make this up to her. They kiss. Carly looks away. Carly and Jen now get to work, wiping away fingerprints, so there will be no traces of them having been there, especially not nurse Mel. As they work, Carly brings up Jen's relationship with Dan. They have a friendship, unlike Dan and Chloe, as they were only physical. Jen would rather not discuss his past. Carly continues. What Dan and Jen have is much more substantial. She finally admits she is conflicted about them! Carly realizes she has said too much. Jen is concerned. Carly staggers and sits down. Jen wants to take her home, assuming she is still unwell. Carly accepts the offer and they walk out, hand in hand. - Brady approaches Victor at the mansion and Vic demands to know who he beat up last night! Brady drawls he ran into a door. The Greek tycoon persists. Brady claims it is no big deal and starts to get himself a drink. Vic grabs the glass and throws it, barking at him to tell him what happened. The Kiriakis name could be at stake! Brady states it is his business. Victor wants answers and tells him not to be patronizing. Brady reminds him he is still the major shareholder and he does not answer to anyone. Besides, the Kiriakis clan does not take things lying down and they mean business! The Greek tycoon remarks that sounds more like a vendetta ... - Nicole is none too pleased to find Taylor at Sami's place. She is there to tell Sami something but decides to leave. Tay stops her, insisting that she has something to tell her! Tay drags her down to the pier to talk. Nicole is impatient and calls her the slutty house guest who stole her husband. Tay has other things on her mind, even though she is worried about where EJ could be. She was supposed to keep her silence but ... Their mother's death was not an accident. "She was murdered!" Nicole snaps who would want to have killed her. "Rafe Hernandez. He threw her down the stairs!" - At the warehouse, Rafe joins Bo, Hope, and the drugged creature. Bo and Hope update Rafe that the imposter confessed on tape, which means the DiMeras will be going away for good. Rafe grins. He wants to call Sami with the good news. Bo tells him where to rewind. Rafe does and his face falls. "Oh my God! No!" The groggy creature shuts his eyes. Rafe explains there is something wrong with the video and the last few minutes are gone! Bo takes a look. They have his confession that he killed Fay, but nothing more. No talk of the DiMeras. All this does is indict the imposter. And Bo and Hope would not be considered credible witnesses, as they are family to Sami. Bo will have the lab try to recover the lost footage. Rafe loses it and starts to rough up the creature, ordering him to wake up and say it again! No luck. Hope warns they will take him down to the station. The imposter starts to laugh, realizing they do not have much on the camera anymore. They want him to confess all over again. He sneers he only talked cos they filled him with drugs and demands a lawyer ... - Nicole asks Tay for more info. Tay explains she saw something very strange at the DiMera mansion. Rafe thought Sami was mama Fay and exclaimed she should be dead as he killed her. Nicole is stunned. Tay thinks Bo, Hope, and Sami set it up to make him confess. Sami later took her to her place and made light of it. But Tay insisted she knew what she saw and Sami could not deny it. Nicole gets teary-eyed, remembering how scared their mother was. She suddenly says that Rafe never would have done it before. Tay wonders what exactly she knows ... - Dan has brought EJ to the hospital ER. Upset sister Lexie wants to know what happened. Dan replies he found EJ, took him to the clinic, then brought him to the hospital. She is further upset to hear he had a seizure. Dan reassures her he has it under control and Lexie rushes off to make some calls. EJ weakly opens his eyes. Dan quietly asks him what he remembers ... - Bo now gets a call from Lexie about EJ's attack, but he will have his own agenda ... Read Part 2 - click here! |
