| Tuesday, March 30, 2010 All rights reserved. Link Only POINT BREAK! - Rafe is on the phone at the station, determined to get the first plane out when the storm clears. He also wants to know if Nicole's name is on any passenger manifest as she might have left the isle already. Enter Sami, who gives him a longing look. He is not returning her calls. He drawls he has been busy. Enter Elvis, asking if there is any news. Before Rafe can give an answer, EJ's phone rings. He steps away to take the call. Sami says it is not fair of Rafe to shut her out. He sadly replies how she was with him was not fair, and brushes her off to get back to work. Once she is gone, Roman approaches. Carrie was shocked to hear her mom was involved in the kidnapping. FBI Rafe admits they have no lead on Anna's whereabouts. She appears to have dropped off the radar. He is down on himself for letting Anna slip through his fingers.Roman wants to call Sami with the latest. Rafe wants to wait. Roman stares and thinks Rafe should apologize to Sami, for kicking her when she is down and making her feel worse than she already does. Rafe drawls he has always been on her side, but she did withhold information from him. Roman wonders if he is more upset that she trusted EJ DiMera more than him. - Chez Sami, EJ and Sami watch Sydney. He calls their daughta special. Sami readily agrees. Anna did treat her well, despite what she did. EJ claims he feels like a fool. Sami does too ... About Rafe. Elvis now sighs sympathetically. "What happened?" She laments she went to see him and put her heart on her sleeve, but he walked away like he did not care at all. EJ claims to be sorry. Sami sadly says it seems they are not reconciling. Not surprisingly, EJ expresses his belief it is for the best! She accuses him of being thrilled about it. He insists he is in her corner. He believes she is a wonderful, intelligent, passionate woman, and he wants what is best for her. That does not include her getting hurt. She admits it hurts to be apart from Rafe. He wonders what if they reconcile and Rafe gets another big case, leaving her alone again. She replies she could handle it. EJ presses. What if Rafe thought he could not share his world with her, due to that lingering lack of trust. She retorts she only lied to him once - or twice. And the most important thing is they got Sydney back. He does not think Rafe understands that ... He stops and Sami wants him to continue. EJ thinks given how he is acting, it seems she has already lost Rafe. Sami cries she does not know how to move on without him. Elvis places his hands on her shoulders and quietly encourages her to focus on the ones who are not going anywhere - her kids. Sami confesses she is jealous of the time Anna spent with Sydney, who barely knows her. Elvis is certain that Syd has always known her real mother in her heart. Sami holds the baby on her lap, delighted she is home with her family. Elvis blinks, his eyes filled with emotion. - On the plane, Brady sighs at Nicole's seat and wonders what he is going to do with her. She appears to be asleep with earphones. Ari returns with a note from the pilot, who was also a corporate pilot for Titan. He wishes to chat with Brady. She encourages him to go talk to the pilot, despite his initial reluctance to leave her alone with Nicole,after she assures him she is too civilized for any cat fight. Brady steps away. Ari purses her lips and then sits in the empty seat beside Nicole. "Rise and shine!" she says into her earphones. Nicole opens her eyes. Ari wants to play catch up. Nicole warns her not to judge her. She is a convicted drug dealer anyway! Ari points out Brady knows that and forgave her. However, given that Nicole stole his sister's baby, that makes her sins unforgivable. Nicole reminds her she supported her relationship with Brady - in her absence. Ari is irate to hear she thinks she was only filling in for her. Nicole smiles Brady does not even love her. Ari angrily claims he could not possibly respect Nicole after what she did. Nicole points out the fact that he was there for her and never betrayed her trust is proof enough. Miffed Ari now returns to her seat. Nicole stands up and taunts her he was there for her and if that isn't enough, what is! Ari tells her to leave her alone but Nicole refuses and sits next to her, insisting that Brady still has feelings for her. Ari believes he just feels sorry for her. Nicole insists he is in love with her. Ari suggests he is simply disgusted. Nicole laughs at her insecurity. If she were at all confident with Brady's love, she would ignore her. Ari snaps how could she do that when she showed up at her almost wedding! She tells Nicole to go get herself another drink. Brady is now back. Nicole smiles at him to have a nice flight and slithers back to her seat. - At Java Cafe, Chloe leaves Daniel a message on the phone. Enter Vic, who growls he might be avoiding her. He spies a gift box and she is happy to inform him it was from Daniel. The Greek tycoon has some advice and he is not about to hold back. He has loved and lost more times than he cares to remember and if she is not careful, she will lose Daniel to Carly Manning! She accuses him of trying to make her insecure. Daniel loves her! Vic is glad to hear it and advises Chloe to keep Carly Manning away from Daniel or she will ruin his life the way she does to every man. Chloe is surprised he is rooting for them. Vic quips she is better for his godson than that psychopathic murderess! - Outside the pub, replay of Dan's fall, Mel's panic. Carly crouches down to take a look. Mel cries for her to do something. She hastily calls for an ambulance. Dr. Carly states it looks like it could be a concussion or spinal injury. She sends Mel back inside to get a first aid kit. She soon comes back out. So does Kenzie. Carly sends Kenzie away. She does not feel any fracture but ... Mel hopes he will be alright. "I hope so," whispers Carly. Mel loses it and cries for Daniel not to leave her. She needs him! He is later stabilized at the hospital, where the doc informs Mel and Carly he will do an MRI and check for internal injuries. Mel steps out to get cleaned up and stares at the locket, recalling what papa Dan had told her about his mother and how happy he was to have a daughter. She starts to put the locket back on. Out comes Carly, who offers to help. Mel quietly cries as she fastens it around her neck. - Chloe is outside the pub, where Kenzie is cleaning up, Chloe is horrified to hear there was a mishap involving Daniel Jonas! She calls the hospital and is ready to leave when Kenzie fills her in. There was this nasty fight between homicidal mother and daughter. Daughter raced out, so father followed. In her opinion, it was all Carly's fault! - Back at the hospital, Carly assures Mel the accident was not her fault. "Who said it was," says Mel. She gets mad and accuses Carly of being at fault, for showing up like her stalker! She storms off. - Ari and Brady enter the house of Kiriakis and she assumes he is cross with her for seeking out Nicole. He would rather not discuss Nicole, only her. He wants to talk about how he wants her to spend the rest of her life with him. They kiss on it and she gushes about planning their wonderful wedding. - Nicole waltzes into the pub and casually orders a latte. Waitress Kenzie is shocked to see her and calls her the famous baby switcher of Salem. Nicole wants to lie low but the teen snaps a picture and asks her to sign her arm. Nicole gets miffed and walks out. "What a diva!" says Kenzie. - At the station, Roman and Rafe compare notes. Still no lead on the whereabouts of Anna or Nicole. Roman wonders if Rafe really wants his relationship with Sami to be over cos that is what will happen is he does not let go of his hard feelings. And that EJ DiMera is pretty darn good at getting what he wants ... - Meanwhile, Sami asks EJ what is wrong. He stammers he has just realized how much he loves ... Johnny. Sami smiles and announces she needs to go to the market. She leaves Syd with papa EJ and departs to run her errands. Elvis stares blankly at her photograph when she is gone. - Mel sits at papa Dan's bedside when he opens his eyes."Melanie?" She looks at him hopefully. "Are you okay dad?" Out in the hall, concerned Carly is informed by the doc that the MRI results do not look good. In storms Chloe, demanding to know what Carly did to her man! - Home alone, Brady finishes a business call, dials another number, and leaves a message. "Nicole, it's Brady. Call me. We have to talk ..." - Ari enters the pub and is pleased to see Rafe. He updates her they have a suspect. Ari lets him know that Nicole is in Salem .... - Holding Sydney on his lap. Elvis makes a stunning admission. "It's not supposed to happen, it's not supposed to be like this. No. My God what have I done ... What have I done? I love her, I love your motha ..." - Sami walks along the pier when Nicole comes up behind her and calls her name. Sami turns around and glares daggers at her arch enemy! Next on Days of Our Lives "Tell me the truth. Is my dad gonna be okay?" Mel asks Carly. RAFE She's back here now, right? ARI Ready to wreck more lives. Nicole exclaims to Sami that she blew it. Sami sticks out her chin and throws the first punch ... |
