DOUBLE PLAY! - Replay of the scene where Gabi and Will are both surprised by the appearance of Sami and Rafe at the pub. They are home! Gabi glares at Rafe. He looks uncertain. Will is glad to see Sami but bitterly tells Rafe he will not be able to forget the past few months! Gabi never wants to see him again anyhow! Rafe uncomfortably asks how he can make it right and apologizes. Gabi snaps he should come clean to Sami about what he said to her. Sami is tense. Rafe is at a loss. Gabi storms out. Will faithfully follows. Rafe growls to Sami that son of a b*tch turned his sister against him. Sami points out they will have time for that after they nail the DiMeras. They must move fast! - In Carly's office, she and Dr. Dan discuss hospital stuff and he gets her signature. The mood is light. She wonders if he would like to grab a bite to eat. Turns out he is busy as he has plans with Jen. Once he is gone, Carly pops pills. Out in the hall, Dan and Jen are walking arm in arm. Mel and Abigail tease them. Lexie calls the girls away with paperwork. Dan talks Chez Rouge but Jen has plans for somewhere else. He is curious as they take off. As they go over the forms for a charity pool tournament, Abigail asks Mel what she is going to do about Dario. Sounded like he was in big trouble and that guy was scary. Mel would rather discuss their parents seeming good together. Abigail thinks things will work out for them. Mel smiles cutely. "Me too." Carly nervously comes by and flashes back to the secret about her pill bottle. She demands to know what the girls are talking about! She then catches herself and apologizes. Mel would like to know if Carly wishes to partner with her for the pool tournament. Too busy. Carly would rather talk to Abigail privately and they walk off. Dr. Lexie approaches with an update for Mel. Troy the terrible has been transferred. The creep will not ever bother her again. Mel gets quiet. Meanwhile, Carly sternly reminds Abigail of the importance of patient confidentiality. Abigail knows and explains she and Mel were talking about Jen and Dan. Carly becomes curious. Abigail thinks they could be the real deal! - At the Cheatin Heart, the bookie is on the phone with Dario, threatening to smash his kneecaps. Seconds later, Adrienne approaches and asks Dario to make a big cash deposit for her. - At the mansion, Stefano is smoking a cigar. The cook wishes to know if Nicole will be joining them for dinner. She takes a drink after drawling she would rather be alone,as her sis is leaving town and boy is it breaking her heart! What about her job at Titan? Nicole thinks she should strike out on her own and that is why she will be brave and try hard to manage without her. Exit Nicole. The phoenix considers. - Replay of EJ and Taylor tenderly kissing at the park. She giggles to be patient as she does not live outside the rules. EJ charmingly drawls it can be fun. Taylor reminds him that she promised her mother she would look out for Nicole. EJ makes a snide remark. Surely they need not concern themselves with her blackmailing, money grubbing sister! He wants to tell Tay how beautiful she is and how much she means to him. She is not the other woman, she is THE woman, he assures her! - Jen takes Dan to the Cheatin Heart. She wants to learn how to kick her daughter's butt in an upcoming pool tournament! Dan the man gets close and shows her. He has his arm around her waist, she is holding the pool stick. He suggests she focus on what she wants to happen and shoot. It's a miss! Jen laments she did not want that to happen. Then what did she want to happen? He teases he is not really good at pool but wanted an excuse to get his arms around her. She makes him so bad! They kiss. Adrienne sees and drops some glasses. Dan steps away. Jen realizes her former sister-in-law is not having an easy time accepting her moving on. She spies one of the hospital nurses, who wants her to talk to a girl who has been date raped. Jen remembers her own past and assures the upset young girl that she can and will get through this. - Rafe gets emotional when he enters the loft with Sami. He has his life back. Sami spies his wedding ring, which was left behind by the creature. She smiles she loves her husband so much. He loves her too. They kiss and embrace. Sami now notices the divorce papers and note Rafe 2 left. She laughs he could not even spell lawyer. She hates him and EJ and that monster he calls a father! Rafe drawls it is payback time. Sami is ready to play them the way they did to them and places a call. She asks Stefano if she can talk to EJ. He is not available. She has a message to pass onto him. She is back and would like to pick up the kids. If she cannot, then Rafe will get them. At the other end, Stefano's eyes widen. "What the hell are you doing with him? You took him back?!" Yes, she did, and he is her husband. Sami adds it is not his business, instructs him not to tell Johnny just yet, and ends the call. Stefano angrily wonders what exactly the imposter is up to. - Down at the pier, Dario is confronted by the bookie, who wants his money or else! Dario replies he has it and looks down at the paper bag he is carrying. How about tonight? Not good enough! Mel comes around the corner and watches, unseen. Dario begs for a couple of hours. The ugly thug agrees, but if he is messing with him, he will do more than just smash his kneecaps! Mel winces and grabs a stick. She comes up behind the thug and knocks him on the head. He falls unconscious. Dario does not look too happy. Is she trying to get him killed?! - At the park, Taylor daringly sits on EJ's lap and they kiss. She is ready for them to go off to be somewhere alone! Ring ring. Tis fatha. "Come home now!" Why? It is an emergency. "He's back!" Who? Hernandez! EJ becomes serious and Taylor notices. She assures him he can tell her anything. She begs him to tell her what is wrong. He cannot and pretends he did not understand what fatha was trying to tell him. All he knows is that he was upset. He will return in an hour. Taylor promises she will be there, waiting ... - Outside the Brady pub, Will and Gabi discuss Sami and Rafe now being back in town. He is miffed his mother always tries to put things past him. He admits he was going to do the same thing to her too. Gabi stares. He nervously states he got them a room for after the prom, but will cancel if she wants ... Gabi smiles he should keep the room. They can take it slow and see what happens. Will says he can hardly wait and hugs her, though his eyes betray him. - Raging EJ storms into the mansion, dismayed the imposter is back and with Samantha. Meanwhile, Sami gets Rafe wired and ready for an angry caller. Ring ring! Rafe picks up. "Wot the hell are you doing!" snaps EJ. Rafe gets his gun ready. - Boss Lexie enters Carly's office and asks her to cover for the doctor who was covering for Dan, as he has a date with Jen. Carly's hands start to shake and she hides them. Lexie clears her throat and asks if them being an item bothers her. Carly thinks it is ironic, as Jen kept trying to push HER towards Daniel. Lexie realizes that Carly has feelings for Dan, agrees to say nothing, and gets paged away. Carly sighs how will she make it through the night? Out come the pills. "Just one more ..." - Back at the Cheatin Heart, Jen is with Dan at a table. She knows what that poor girl was going through. Dan would like to hear about her own triumph over that tough time in her life. Jen admits she once thought she would never smile again. It was terrible that she knew the man who raped her. Dan is now stunned to hear it was Lawrence Alamain! He has yet another reason to hate him. Jen hopes he will not treat her differently as she has gotten over it. She really likes what they have, this clunky thing. Dan grins that clunk is what he does best and the mood is light again. Jen is glad she told him. Dan wonders if Carly knows what he did. Yes. They are both women who survived the evil Lawrence and will always share that bond. She recalls the old days, when Carly's name was Katerina ... Abigail enters and cannot believe it! Jen is curious why she cares. - Nicole finds Tay at the park looking at flowers and sharply reminds her she should be packing. Taylor stares her down and announces that she is not going anywhere! She accuses Nicole of playing everybody! - Back at the mansion, Stefano wants EJ to calm down. They must play this close and let Rafe 2 lead, to find out what is going on. EJ saunters to the door to answer it and deal with the moron. He opens the front door to Rafe, who drawls he knows he was not expecting to see him. Rafe waltzes in, casually greets "Stef," and helps himself to a drink, doing his best impression of the imposter. EJ warns him his time is limited. - In her office, Carly stands up from her desk, then suddenly falls to the floor unconscious. - At the park, Tay claims to know the truth, which makes her hate Nicole for what she has done. "Right back at you b*tch!" exclaims Nicole. - Sami listens to the action unfolding at the mansion, as Rafe explains to the imposter's handlers why he has returned. "It has to do with Sami and what we did ..." Next on Days of Our Lives Brady saunters up to Mel and Dario at the pier. "Hey! What's going on here?" "You destroyed my life!" Nicole screams at Taylor. RAFE This conversation's over. EJ No, it's not! |
