Tuesday, September 6, 2011 up by 5:39 pm et September 5 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! BROKEN DREAMS! PART 1 - Melanie joins brother Nicholas at the rehab center. He is dismal but agrees to go see mama Carly. Mel understands it is hard and promises it will be worth it. They venture to her private room together, where Dr. Norman has decided to hold her next appointment with Carly. When she spies Mel and her brother, she asks them to stay and participate. Nicholas explains he already clarified how he feels. The doc announces she wishes to focus on Mel's relationship with her mother this time. Mel nervously insists they are fine. The doc points out her mother talks a lot about her guilt. Carly admits she feels badly for keeping her from her father. Her life would have been so very different. If only she had been stronger and stood up to evil Lawrence! The doc thinks they have much to discuss. Mel explains she understands and has already forgiven her. Nicholas quietly listens. Mel points out Carly did not give up on her and she knows she loves both her and Nicholas. They are here to forgive her. Nicholas speaks up and agrees. They realize it is easier to be angry than compassionate, but they both know how much she loves them and that is why she did what she did. The doc asks if all their anger and resentment is behind them, cos she is not so sure Carly believes them. Mel suggests she not tell her how others feel. She is confused. Carly approaches both her children and declares she knows of all the pain she inflicted, even though she loves them very much. They must be honest with each other. Mel sniffles she understands but she will always be hurt by the fact that she gave her away. Nicholas has pain too but can live with it. Carly starts to cry about the pain she caused her children. She lives with it every day. "I can't do this anymore!" she emotionally declares and walks out. - Roman calls Tay to get mugshots over to the hospital right away. He wants that animal attacking women caught! - Viv is cackling with son Quinn at the Cheatin Heart. Gus proudly enters with an advance copy of a book by her favorite author. However, Quinn the angel already obtained her an autographed copy of the same book! Gus is miffed. Viv boasts her son can do the impossible and wonders where the waitress is. She wants Gus to get them refills on their drinks. He goes to the bar and tosses the book in the trash. He drinks shots and hears them laughing. Soon Quinn must leave. He gets Gus' name wrong and walks away from his doting mother. Gus suddenly reaches forward and removes something from Quinn's jacket. Exit Quinn. Viv gets back to reading her book. Gus smirks and places Quinn's stolen hairs in a white cloth, gingerly folding it up. - Quinn steps outside and hears sirens. He frowns. - At the hospital, Mandy is in a wheelchair, flanked by Dr. Dan and the cops. Bo and Hope do not wish to put pressure on her but they know they need a break before the monster strikes again! Tay soon arrives with the mugshot books. Hope assures Dr. Dan they will take good care of his patient and he departs. Mandy is ready and looks at the first book, attempting to recognize her attacker. No luck. Hope tells her to take her time. - Meanwhile, Brady dramatically carries a battered and bloodied Chloe into the hospital, followed by Kinsey and Nicole. He gently places her on a bed and emotionally tells her she will be fine. Maxine notes her pulse is weak. Dr. Lexie enters and wants to examine the unconscious girl. Brady demands they tell him she will make it. They cannot. Nurse Maxine ushers him out of the room. - Roman meets up with Bo and quietly informs him of the latest attack. Bo curses. Tay asks what happened. He fills her in. Bo now gets back to Mandy and she explains the attacker is not in the book. Hope gets her started on the next one. Bo takes her aside, asking how their witness is doing. Hope worries she will shut down if she hears of the latest attack. - Elsewhere, Brady is dismayed Chloe did not come to him for help and ended up selling her body to men. What will he do when the cops start asking questions! Kinsey implores him to say nothing, for it would ruin her chances at getting her son back, and that would simply kill her! Nicole is nervous. Commisisoner Roman saunters up to the group. He is shocked to hear that Chloe was the latest victim and asks Brady to tell him everything he knows. They walk off together. Kinsey is a nervous wreck. She hopes Chloe knows Brady is still there. Nicole forces a smile after hearing she speaks of their connection often. According to Chloe, what she and Brady shared is the kind of love that never goes away. Nicole's face falls. - Brady informs Roman which alley he found Chloe in. Dr. Lexie now emerges with troubling news. Chloe sustained a massive head injury and internal bleeding. The cops must wait until she wakes up. Roman notes she does not fit the profile, so why her? He urges Brady to fill in the blanks. Brady claims he does not know and gets mad the department has not even caught the attacker. He catches himself and apologizes. Roman is sympathetic. Nurse Maxine suddenly summons Dr. Lexie back to the room. Brady is increasingly upset about being shut out. Roman steps away. Kinsey hopes Brady did not tell him about the hooking. No, he did not. Roman returns and wants to know what Kinsey, Nicole, and Brady were doing at that seedy part of town. Brady answers that Kinsey was concerned as Chloe was missing, so she called him. They were looking everywhere. Roman wonders if as far as they are concerned, Chloe had no reason to be in that alley last night. Kinsey is tense. Brady drawls they believe that Chloe had no reason to be there. Roman appears suspicious for a moment but then deduces the attacker is going after all women now. Once he has departed, Nicole wonders if it is wise to lie to the police about an investigation. Brady thinks they must. - Meanwhile, Bo and Hope are talking about the need to find the attacker. The conversation turns to a BIG party that is being planned. Bo suspects the case will be solved before the intricate details of the party planning get underway ... - Dan and Jen meet outside and talk Mandy. He is carrying his phone, in case his patient will need him. Jen praises him. He laments he cannot handle violence, which is why he wanted to see Jen was alright. She is indeed. They kiss. Later, they are in the pub, and she points out no news is good news. She misses working with him and admits she is becoming restless. He informs her no one has been hired to replace her. She could probably just march on in there and get her job back! She disagrees. Dan wants to impress upon her how great it would be to have his lady around and teases about the possible scenarios. Jen giggles it sounds great, yet her mind is made up. She believes there is something else out there for her. Besides, hospital PR was not the career of her dreams. Dan knows what her chosen career was and that she is avoiding it cos of ... "Jack!" she sighs. Dan drawls that all roads seem to lead back to Jack. - Tay approaches Quinn at the pier and accuses him of putting his girl out on the street. Now she is in the hospital fighting for her life! Quinn declares she is wrong and insists his business is in lockdown. Why would he lie? To cover his ass, like usual! Tay angrily adds she has never been able to trust him. He drawls this is really about them and takes a step closer. She yells he destroys lives, like what he tried to do to her. He is exasperated. Why can she not forget about it? She blurts out she cannot forget about him! Quinn stares. He gets even closer and they start to kiss passionately. - At the Cheatin Heart, Vivian is on her computer, looking for the perfect vacation on the Amalfi coast of Italy. She asks flunky Gus to help her find a nice five star hotel on the water. He happily takes over and recalls the last time they went to Amalfi. He assumes she wants him to go with her, hence the two rooms. She quips she is bringing her son. Gus argues that they always travel together, but Madame Viv is no longer interested in his company for her holiday. She orders him to get to it and heads for the ladies room. Once she is gone, Gus opens the cloth with Quinn's hairs and smirks. Evidently the forgotten flunky has a plan ...! Read Part 2 - click here! |
