Link Only FINAL CONFLICT! - At Java Cafe, diva Chloe meets diva Nicole to discuss Carly.Chloe tried to put that Carly on notice but then she got back at her! Nicole wonders what she has done now. She is moving in temporarily. Nicole thinks she is damn good cos that sounds like something she would do! Chloe points out she is still with Bo. Nicole brings up what if she decides she wants Daniel and concludes "You better have a plan!" Chloe does not think she is after Dan. Still, she acts like she has a claim on him. Chloe made something she said sound as bad as possible to Mel. Nicole is impressed. She simply must fight back! Chloe sighs she does not think she can. She is glad Nicole is back, even though she never told her why she came back. She teases she knows it was for B-r-a-d-y! Nicole does not deny it. If she had not been derailed by EJ, her life would be different. Chloe reminds her Brady is engaged. Nicole retorts he has not married Arianna yet and if she has her way, he never will! Chloe fears her pal will end up in trouble again. Nicole insists Brady loves her. And she has seen the light, so he does not need to settle for second best anymore ... - At the house of Kiriakis, Hope seems to have a headache as she flashes back to the first time she saw Bo and Carly kissing. She blinks back to reality, only to overhear Carly talking to Henderson at the door about a book Bo forgot to give Ciara. She hopes he will give it to Ciara, so she can leave before the axe falls. Out comes axe Hope! She orders butler Henderson to place the book in her room as Ciara is already asleep. Hope is miffed she did not know how seriously ill Kimberly was. She stares at Carly defiantly and wants to know how things could have gotten this bad! Carly explains Bo left her messages but she never called him back. Hope warns her not to lecture her. Carly brings up the fact that they have a little girl. Hope assumes she is implying she is a bad mother. Carly states Bo misses Ciara. Hope does not want her to be around a murderer. Carly says is it not enough she threw her marriage away! Hope says she did not, but she should be grateful they were separated cos if not, she would not have had a chance with Bo. Carly concurs. But when Bo realized they were over, he chose her, so Hope should learn to live with it. Hope informs her she was just in the right place at the right time. When things get really bad, Bo retreats into the past so ... Carly calls that a cheap shot. Hope, however, could not give a damn what she thinks. All she knows is she has gone through bad times alone. Carly brings up Patrick Lockhart. Bo has been hurt too. Hope thinks more hurt awaits him.Carly might get restless and then Bo will find himself all alone - again! Carly claims she has always loved Bo and wants them to be together forever. Hope bitterly replies she used to use that same word. Carly suggests she not play the martyr and furthermore, she will not apologize for the fact that she and Bo are in love. Exit Carly. Hope does not feel well and tells Henderson she will not be having dinner, as she has a headache. She goes upstairs to bed. - Chez DiMera, Sami storms over to Stefano, demanding he answer her question about what is going on. Stefano replies he is glad she is there as Elvis has something he needs to say to her. It will be very interesting! EJ gives him a look. Sami is confused. EJ quips nothing is going on and this is between fatha and him. Sami accuses Stefano of convincing Will to move into his house of horrors. The phoenix chuckles Katherine felt the young man needed some time and space. Sami makes a sarcastic remark about trusting Kate. Stefano replies the person she cannot trust is his son! Sami faces EJ and asks what he is talking about. EJ's eyes are filled with dread. Stefano pleasantly asks Samantha if she likes popcorn, for he has a very short little film and it is most informative! He picks up the dvd and Sami is curious if EJ knows what is on it. Elvis flashes back to Anna's testimony - that he was the mastermind of the sydnapping! "The future is about to begin," declares Stefano, ready to play the dvd on the computer. Sami claims she does not want to see it. Stefano suggests she does. Sami snaps she would not believe whatever was on that dvd anyway, as she just knows he wants to turn her against EJ! A bemused Stefano informs her she is making a mistake in not hearing him out. Perhaps he should find another way to enlighten her ... EJ ushers her out. In the front hall, she again expresses her worry about Will. She asks EJ to talk to his father and let him understand she will not allow him to come between her and her family. He assures her that he will and is visibly relieved once she has gone. EJ returns to the elegant living room, where Stefano is seated at his chess set, pondering his next move. He tells EJ he is lucky that Samantha is such a stubborn b*tch. Elvis takes a drink and wonders what he wants. The phoenix replies it is simple. He wishes for him to see the error of his ways and take responsibility for what he did. - Brady and Ari are in his bedroom at the Kiriakis mansion. They have had a good night so far. He wants her to stay. She explains she needs to go to work in the morning and the gym first. Besides, she would have to sneak past Henderson come daybreak. He points out Henderson is well aware of the fact that she is his fiancee. She smiles she is indeed, even though she does not wish to rush into things. He wants her to stay so they can discuss that. She tells him she thinks people have been advising her to marry him because Nicole is back and that way she would be able to hang onto him. And then there was the look Nicole gave him when he offered her the loan. It was the same kind of look Ari's father used to get when he hooked a big fish. Brady drawls in that case, he ought to raise the stakes. He writes an even bigger check and asks Ari if she thinks that would be enough to get Nicole out of their lives for good! She thinks that is a lot of money. He assures her he would pay ten times that amount if it would stop her from focusing on Nicole and appreciate him more. They kiss and he later assures her things will work out. When he steps out, Ari takes the check and murmurs sometimes one does not simply wait for things to work out! - Arianna heads for the Java Cafe. She enters in time to overhear Nicole asserting to Chloe that she will prove to Brady why Arianna Hernandez is all wrong for him. "Good luck with that!" says Ari, a smile on her face. Chloe excuses herself. Ari triumphantly tells Nicole she and Brady had a chat and they want to give her this check. But it is a one time only offer. "Take it or leave it!" Nicole smirks, accepts it, and says she will thank Brady herself. When is the wedding? Ari stands up and replies they are not rushing into things. She is of the opinion that Brady only pities Nicole anyway. Nicole points out she still has his heart. Ari warns her not to mess with her. Nicole appears amused. - Sami rushes into the pub, out of breath, and joins Brady. She complains about Will's decision to move in with Kate. Brady cannot believe it. Sami hopes EJ will take care of it. Brady scoffs after everything that jerk put her through, she turns to him now?! She states EJ has changed. Brady drawls he has heard that before! Sami insists this time is different. Brady suggests she stand on her own two feet this time. She claims she is doing that. Brady wonders why Will wants to move out.Sami admits it is all because EJ still lives with her. Brady is dismayed to hear it. Sami points out he wants to spend time with Sydney. Brady suggests she throw the bum out but Sami will not even consider. Brady warns EJ might be trying to make a play for her! And how are things with Rafe? She laments Rafe would not even let her give him an alibi after the D.A. falsely accused him of assault. Brady retorts he would have needed a lawyer! He realizes Rafe has problems but so does Sami and she should not be leaning on the likes of EJ DiMera. The connection between him and his father will never be broken. Sami believes EJ has become a better person. Brady reminds her he was the guy who hired goons to beat him up. But Sami is convinced the EJ she now sees is the real one ... - Back at DiMera mansion, Elvis faces Stefano, his demeanor cocky. He alludes to the fact that his telling Samantha everything would prevent Stefano from ever seeing his grandchildren again. Stefano points out if only he would have come to him, he could have protected him. "I don't need protection!" exclaims the heir apparent. Stefano explains everything he did was out of love for him. EJ can accept that, but only if he shows him his love now, by keeping this matter strictly between them. - Adrienne is drying glasses at the Cheatin Heart. In saunters Justin. Does she not have a bartender to do that? She drawls it gives her a chance to think and the bartender is on break. Think about what? The meaning of life, great books. Is he surprised? No, he never thought she was stupid. She quips Hope does,trying to sell her on the idea that he still wanted her. Justin would rather they not go there. He has an envelope for Adrienne from her real estate agent. He is still technically her attorney. He mentions her decision to sell the bar. She complains that the manager seems to be dipping into the till and she is not around. "You could be," says he. Their eyes lock. He suggests she stick around and run it herself. She wonders if he wants her to. He claims he just wanted to make sure she was doing what she wanted. Adrienne stops him from leaving and wonders if he is still lousy at pool. He grins about a wager. She strolls over to get ready for the game. Justin is all smiles. They play and she teases she always beats him. He teases he always used to let her win, cos he was crazy about her and wanted her to feel better about herself. She laments nothing is what she thought. Just like the only reason he came to Salem was to play house with Hope! Upset Adrienne now decides she will sell the bar and move on with her life, so where should she sign? Justin produces a pen and insists there was never anything between himself and Hope. Adrienne nods. But only because she is still hung up on Bo!She assumes he wants her to stick around so as to make Hope jealous. He denies the accusation and sighs. Adrienne angrily signs and shoves the paper at him. Exit Justin. Pretty Adrienne breaks down in tears. Out in the alley, Justin proceeds to use his phone, but he is being watched from the shadows ... - Back at the house of DiMera, papa Stefano rehashes how Elvis sided against him, made him grieve for nothing and then suddenly grins. "I couldn't have done it better!" It is true he did not like being threatened or played for a fool, but Elvis managed to convince Roman Brady's daughter to believe in him. "You, my son, are a true DiMera." EJ appears shocked. Now what? Stefano points out he had his suspicions, yet his son deceived the ultimate deceiver. He hands him the dvd. EJ knows it is not the only copy so this is only a gesture. Stefano hugs him dramatically and calls it a gesture of respect. "Elvis, you played it well!" - Chloe is on the phone leaving a message for Dan about dinner as she enters their apartment, only to find Carly there. Daniel had given her his keys and she assures Chloe she will try and stay out of her way. Chloe looks depressed. - Adrienne is ready to close up the bar when she hears a noise outside. She heads into the alley, where Justin lies unconscious, blood coming from his head. She desperately listens for a pulse and cries "Come on baby!" - Back at Java Cafe, Nicole wonders if Ari is threatening her. Ari suggests she take the check and leave town. Unless she wants to see her and Brady live happily ever after. Exit Ari. Nicole mutters happily ever after is for fairy tales and this is real life! - Back at DiMera mansion, Elvis is overcome. Stefano boasts his boy is now a man. He will always love him and the war between them is over. However, for complete peace and understanding, "There is one final condition ...!" Next on Days of Our Lives Adrienne cries that Justin is not responding as she cradles his head. "You will have those children in this house within the hour!" Stefano instructs EJ. "You and EJ have underestimated Stefano DiMera!" Kate tells Sami. |
