The ISA is ordering them off the case. Marlena wants Steve on said case. Steve argues they must step back. He could be recognized. The blonde hates that they have to go but agrees to trust Steve, who believes Andrew will be able to bring John home. He leaves to call Kayla and make their travel arrangements ... Marlena now notices something on her blue purse... . - Back in the USA Kayla gets a call from Steve and cannot wait to see him. He will call when he has their itinerary and they exchange I love yous ... Marlena approaches the bag with her name written on a tiny paper. Tis a note that says if you want to see John alive come back and come alone ... Marlena is on the move again ... Alex and Steph embrace at the Salem square. He has decided to keep the secret for the sake of the family ... Back at the lavish Kiriakis mansion Sarah sighs to Maggie that Alex and Stephanie know the secret too. The redhead loves her daughter and gives her a heartfelt hug ... Xander stares at the cheap trick. Viv recites the first sentence Victor wrote in the letter and gleefully announces she knows them all because she wrote them! Xander gasps it cannot be. She sighs she was supposed to get half not him. He starts to call the cops on her for the forgery so she reminds him it was his two-faced brother who stabbed him in the back and flounces out. The Great Scot looks ready to explode .... - Marlena returns to Orpheus. She saw his note and wonders what he wants. He is going to tell her the truth about John and claims he can take her to him so long as she helps him get out ... Alex has decided to steer clear of Xander and suggests lunch. Steph will have tea and off they go ... Nearby Phil spies Vivian, who announces she came from DiMera and warns his brother is upset with him ... Sarah wishes Victor’s portrait could give her a sign and here comes Xander, who downs a drink and gasps about being betrayed in the worst way ... Marlena blasts Orpheus for lying and here comes Steve, who states the ISA decrypted the file they found. Orpheus accuses them of bluffing. Steve remembers the ISA decrypting the file Marlena found and learning the real arms market was in Minsk. They are heading home but Orpheus warns she will not see John again if she leaves ...
