The Sami enters Rafe's cozy kitchen to say farewell. She saw sleeping EJ and spoke to Johnny too. Rafe is happy for her but sad to see her go. She feels the same way but will return to Italy. She invites him to come anytime and teases at least she caused no chaos. Rafe sighs ... Shawn gets a tip text and will check it out. He tells glum JJ to hang on until they get to the truth. Gabi might be okay after all ... Gabi complains about arrogant Phil and Xander and suggests the love fest for the brothers will implode. Defense attorney Melinda suggests she tell JJ nothing and send him to her if he tries to grill her again ... - Xander rages about the letta Viv confessed to writing for Philip so they could steal half his birthright. Here comes Philip, who decides to tell his brother the truth. Sarah stares in horror. Phil explains Viv forged the letter. He lost everything when he was in a mental institution. Melinda shows up at the station and tells Shawn she is repping Gabi so from now on he goes through her. She must be present with her client. Here comes Shawn with a bagged gun. He wonders whether the weapon belongs to her! - Sami is miffed that Rafe played kiss and tell and not surprised the girlfriend did not take it well. She suggests flowers, candy or how about an apology video and starts to record him ... Gabi has overheard Viv and warns she would go after her if she sought revenge. Vivian muses she already paid for what she did to her so no need for revenge. She smirks knowingly as Gabi goes silent ... Shawn explains the gun came from a worker who found it in a trash can. The serial number is registered to Trask. She denies getting rid of the weapon and suggests she knows who did ... Xander downs his drunk and admits Sarah was the one who wanted him to share Titan, which would honor Victor's legacy. He really liked working with a real brotha and felt he belonged. Phil insists he does belong. But Xander feels like a fool, fumes Phil is not family and orders him out of Victa's house. Phil hangs his head ... - Rafe stops Sami from filming him which would just make Jada madder. She advises him to do what he must to get her back if he really wants to reconcile. Rafe appreciates the advice. She is grateful for him too. He makes everything better. She tearfully wishes him all the happiness and they hug. He has an open invitation to Italy. She leaves as they both fight back the tears ... Gabi wonders what Viv means. Viv seethes Stefan has not given her a second thought. Gabi insults her and Viv gets going ... Melinda haughtily informs JJ and Shawn that she lent Eva her gun cos Kristen's mother was out to get her. She was not involved and suggests they talk to Ava. Shawn agrees to check out her story. JJ announces meanwhile he is placing her under arrest! - Xander threatens to call the cops. Phil has one more thing to say. He knows he lied and cheated to get his share of his inheritance. However, he was able to find his family when he worked alongside Xander. He regrets what he did cos Xander deserved better and apologizes. Sarah hugs her weeping Scot ... Gabi comes home to Rafe, who is at his computer ... Melinda insists she had no idea that Ava's right to carry a firearm had been suspended. JJ insists she committed a crime regardless. Shawn tells her not to leave town. She wonders whether they will be contacting client Gabi again. JJ tells her they will be in touch and she takes her leave ... Sarah is so sorry. Xander says no need for she did not lie to him and holds her close ... Sami leaves a goodbye message for Johnny and sees Viv at the square. Turns out they are on the same flight and seatmates too.
