She steps away and Everett arrives, asking Rafe about the manhunt. Rafe refuses to share info with HIM ever again unless he signs the dang divorce papers ... Maggie talks wedding planning with Konstantin, how she must also consult with her lawyer. He presents her with a ring that he claims belonged to his mother. Maggie is moved to tears and cannot accept cos tis too soon but she agrees to wear it around her neck. He swears on his grave and Victor's that he would neverrrrr take advantage of her and she buys it ... - Marlena reminds John that Guilt can move things in the right direction. However, in his case ... He believes he is to blame for much especially the murder of a young woman. Jude starts to fuss so he gets the little lad's bottle. Marlena wishes hubby could have some piece of mind ... Thomas is elated to see Stephanie. Chad sends his son to get them some cookies. Steph sits down and admires Konstantin's card as it looks different and she likes red. She asks about Stefan. Chad is trying to avoid the DiMera drama. He is more interested in Horton house cos he wants his kids to be Hortons ... Rafe tells Everett to send a different reporter. Everett accuses him of abuse of power. Rafe raises his voice and blasts him for not signing Jada's divorce papers after lying cheating and mistreating her. She wants him out of her life. He kicks Everett out. Jada comes back with files and gives hot head Rafe a knowing look ... - Jude has finished his bottle. Marlena and John love babysitting for Sloan and Eric. John sensed Eric had something heavy weighing on his mind. Marlena shares his worry about money problems that he wants to take care of himself. Statuesque Steph shows Chad the winning card and they marvel how Thomas has grown up so much. She asks about the Kiriakis mansion. Tis too crowded. Thomas comes back with 3 big cookies. They discuss the strange weather that has been hitting Salem. Thomas invites Steph over to the Kiriakis estate tomorrow to play with him. She happily accepts as long faced Everett enters and stares at the cozy scene ... - Rafe admits Everett made him lose it but Jada loves how her hero defended her honor. She does not mind the slowness of the divorce papers as she is not really ready to remarry ... Konstantin asks about Victor and Maggie's wedding and is surprised to hear Maggie wanted it simple. She wonders about his wedding with his ex wife. They wed, Katarina died and then they divorced. Then she disappeared. He snarls he would rather not discuss it further ... Chad steps away to talk shop with Everett, who admits he did not get much from the commiss today. Everett overhears Steph assuring Thomas she and Chad will check their schedules and discuss her possible visit. Chad goes with the kids and Steph invites Everett to help her finish the cookies. He sits and she asks about his sessions with Marlena. Dangerous music plays as he remembers refusing to continue said sessions. Then he lies the hypnosis with Dr. Evans is good but he knows not whether he will continue. She asks about his refusal to sign the divorce papers and he reveals Marlena's theory is that he still has feelings, which he denies. Steph urges him to sign for his and Jada's sake ... - Maggie changes the topic to her return to Titan to work with Alex. Sweaty Konstantin acts happy for her and she steps away for lemon bars. He curses and starts to rummage in the living room when Chad comes in with Thomas. The Greek sighs he is trying to find something that he lost and Chad asks Thomas what he knows ... Rafe promises not to rush Jada and she gushes she is grateful for him. He feels the same way and would love them to live together so she suggests he ask her that question again ... Everett gasps he wants to sign the papers but fears that ... Here come John and Marlena with sleepless Jude. Gallant John goes to the bar for beverages. Steph praises Marlena for helping Everett with his hypnosis therapy. Marlena gives him a strange look - since he cancelled said therapy - and then heads to a table with John. Everett asks Steph to come with him so he can show her something. It sounds important ... - Konstantin hears from apologetic Chad that he came across his son in his room when they were paying hide and seek. Thomas insists he took nothing. Chad promises to keep the lad away from his room in the future. Konstantin acts understanding but when Chad leaves the room, he smiles and suggests the boy took his card. He warns him not to lie and promises he will not out him to his father if he hands it over. He glares but Thomas the half DiMera meets his stare ... While Marlena is on a call with Eric, Jude starts to wail so John takes him outside. He stops crying when he promises to take him to a ball game one day. Marlena emerges, admiring the sight of grandfather holding grandson. John decides he is done with the guilt trip for he has much to be grateful for ... - Thomas gives Konstantin the card and scurries off. Konstantin gleefully vows to get what is rightfully his ... Pretty Jada reminds Romeo Rafe of her two failed relationships. Now, however, she is ready to trust again with good man Rafe. She says to ask her again so he suavely invites her to move in with him. YES. They seal the deal with a kiss ... Everett gets Steph to his room and shows her the divorce papers. He states she made him see that the only chance they will have is if he signs.
