She greets Aaron, who grins hi to his sister. She gives her happy brother a hug ... Alas Mark has no such luck as EJ smugly joins him. He suggests he sign the plea deal he got him cos tis the best he could expect under the circumstances ... Chad must tell Jack and Jen that Clyde is currently comatose ... JJ calls Gabi a hero for helping. She believes Katarina should get a medal. JJ disagrees cos a comatose Clyde can't talk, which will not help his family ... Cat tells Aaron about the great lady lawyer she got to rep their mom. Tis a tough case. Aaron argues mom was a victim and she and Mark must both be freed ... - All EJ is offering Mark is a ten year sentence if he forgoes a trial. It sounds like a raw deal. EJ warns they have a list of what he did for Clyde which includes trying to kill Chad, aka HIS brotha. He rages at him to sign ... Aaron is unhappy to hear that self-defense cannot be used to help mom since there were already guns on Clyde when she shot him. But Clyde had brainwashed her and her world was confused and foggy. Aaron hopes for a miracle ... Gabi is sorry she was insensitive about Clyde not being able to share the whereabouts of Abigail’s remains ... Chad reveals that Clyde's recovery seems unlikely. That means they might never find out what happened to Abigail ... JJ admits tis tough. Now all they have is the fact that Abigail is gone. Gabi has lost a sibling too and feels for him. JJ hates that he will have to tell his parents they could not bring her home. Gabi holds him close ... Chad blames himself but Jack and Jen will have none of it. They still have their precious memories. She quotes Paul and weeps their beloved Abigail is with the lord ... Cat concludes mom will need much therapy but tis a time to give thanks she is alive. Now she asks after Felicity. Here she comes with the neighbor she stayed with. Cat confirms she is Felicity's sister and smiles she is so happy to see her ... Mark argues he is legal guardian to his siblings. EJ cares not cos he almost killed his brotha and orders him to sign. Enter Belle, who tells the doctor not to sign! EJ says wot the hell! She is now repping Green. EJ warns Kristen will not like her helping the man who tried to kill their brotha. Belle assures him she heard the whole story from Aaron and Tate. EJ protests so she points out Salem does not have jurisdiction to try international cases. EJ is rendered speechless ... - Felicity notes Cat does not resemble her sister. She had a bad accident with mom and dad and the doctor made her look different. Felicity remembers she thought she seemed familiar and all it takes is a few precious memories for the happy reunion to ensue ... Jen gets the time capsule out. Jack and Chad wonder. Jen suggests they place mementos of Abigail inside so she will always be remembered ... JJ suggests he head home. He refuses to accept Gabi's offer to pay half the hotel room. She assumes he is heading back to Africa. He drawls he decided to stay longer in Salem. Gabi gushes his family will be happy. He sighs it will be a hard Horton Christmas. She flirts and he asks her out to dinner sometime. She likes the sound of that ... - Jack places Abigail's first byline - that did not burn - in the Horton box. Jen adds a lock from Abigail's first haircut. Jack found a picture that Charlotte and Thomas drew of their family. Chad excuses himself to get something and soon returns with Abigail's wedding band. It belongs in the capsule so he kisses it sweetly and places in in the box. The poignant tears flow ... Felicity hears tis true mom is alive. Cat explains she cannot see her yet but Aaron suggests they all go to her ... Belle blasts EJ for not respecting jurisdictions. EJ boasts he has Mark on DNA test tampering regardless. Belle counters tis common in Salem. After she wears him down EJ decides to settle for a 5 year sentence before Mark is sent to France for prosecution there. Belle demands time served, a fine and zero extradition ... EJ later congratulates her and she acts haughty. He warns if Green is late for his hearing he will throw the book at him and sarcastically calls her Mrs. Brady. Belle airily states she and Shawn divorced. EJ eyes her like a hungry wolf and watches when she wiggles away ... - Cat agrees they should go see mom on a family road trip to Vancouver. Mark arrives and their group hug gets bigger. Mark will only need to serve 18 months after he turns himself in. Now he wants to know all about mom ... And so it came to pass that Jen consulted with the heavies of the house of Horton. She stands at Abigail's snowy grave with Chad and Jack. They are waiting for JJ, who arrives with hugs. The son is sorry. Mama Jen says no need for sorry and he wonders why she asked him to bring a memento. Jack explains tis for Abigail to live on ... Gabi daydreams of her sweet and saucy moments with JJ when they were in danger ... JJ gets emotional as he gives Jen an old pic of him with big sis when they were trick or treating. He drops it in the box, gasping he will love her forever. Jen and Jack ask Chad to do the honors so he puts down the box on her grave, gasps I love you and rest in peace.
