There is only one DaysCafe :) REAL TIME SEQUENCE + KEY DETAILS! - At the closed restaurant Stefan catches Ava off guard and apologizes. Clyde gave him the keys and the order to open the place but he is in no hurry to do so. He announces his intent to off him instead ... Rafe is dumbfounded when Harris shares that Dimitri just gave himself up ... Leo marvels his Dimitri came. Dimitri stands by him and orders EJ to release his little Leo ... When Eric produces the envelope with the DNA test results, Sloan is at a loss. Nicole smugly suggests they open it, convinced that baby is her son ... Rafe informs Harris that 5 kilos seized for their case vanished from the evidence room just when Harris' keys went missing ... Ava is no stranger to mob hits so Stefan feels comfortable claiming he will get Clyde offed by someone from the inside. She wonders whether he has someone to do the deed. He does indeed ... Leo wants his pookie bear released. EJ rips up the agreement and threatens to throw the book at both Leo and Dimitri, whom he blames for his baby's death ... Sloan does not want Eric to open the envelope. Nicole believes she is afraid of the truth cos she knows that baby is HERS! - Ava is amused to hear about Vivian's Euro henchman. Stefan suggests Ivan would do anything for his mother, who is in Alamania at the moment. She could call upon him to get rid of Clyde - but Ava warns tis not a great idea ... Rafe informs Harris the drugs went missing the same time his keys did and suggests tis no coincidence. He suspects someone stole them. Now the dealer will be able to walk ... Dimitri tries to argue with EJ and warns he could wind up with nothing. Leo is impressed... Nicole opens the envelope and her face falls. The DNA does not match. Even Sloan was not expecting that. Nicole gets upset. Kayla arrives. Sloan seems relieved. Nicole woefully wonders whether they accurately tested the DNA of the baby against hers. Kayla replies they did not ... Ava is worried Clyde's peeps could come after them, not to mention Tripp and Gabi. She believes they should keep Clyde happy. Stefan fears for Gabi being in Statesville and really none of their loved ones are safe. Ava agrees and suggests another way to be rid of him ... - Dimitri smiles he did not confess to anything and gets sarcastic with his arrogant uncle, whom he advises to take the win he was offered ... Rafe wonders what is taking so long with Dimitri. EJ emerges and tells him to book the s.o.b ... Kayla explains there was insufficient DNA on Nicole's toothbrush so EJ's DNA was used instead. Sloan sweetly states the test would have been positive if EJ was the father. Eric is so sorry. Nicole cries and accuses him of knowing the outcome. Then she sadly bids the baby farewell and leaves in tears. Eric faithfully follows her ... Stefan has no more ideas and Ava is surprised. He sighs he must be careful cos EJ is new D.A. He suggests she use her own contacts but she walked away from that life. Here comes Harris. Stefan announces he just bought the bistro and they were talking biz. Harris asks how Ava feels about the new bistro. Ava is fine with the new management so long as he does not take any risks ... - Rafe cuffs leather jacket Dimitri and tells Leo he is free to leave but Leo wants his movie worthy heartfelt goodbye. Rafe gives him 5 minutes. Leo marvels at what the love of his life did for him. Dimitri sighs he almost didn't ... Nicole seems to have a headache by the time EJ returns to the mansion. He updates her on having to let Leo go but getting Dimitri. Nicole does not have much to say. He promises someone will pay. She unhappily states she now knows their baby did not survive ... After they arrive home Sloan tells off Eric for seeming to side with Nicole against her. He wonders what she was so worried about when she saw him holding those test results cos she seemed to be hiding something. Oooo ... She acts wounded and counters he hid the decision to do the DNA test. He reminds her she raced off to her client and now goes to the crying baby. She calls the station about said client and shares Rafe's update when Eric returns downstairs. Dimitri gave himself up and Leo is free. They make up and Eric smiles tis time to name their boy ... - Nicole updates EJ on how Eric agreed to a test which only proved his baby was not theirs. She cries she should have known he was dying when she last held him in her arms. EJ is sympathetic. Still she does not understand how she could have been so mistaken about her baby when she believed him to be the one Eric and Sloan adopted. EJ tenderly tells his dahling together they will overcome and holds her ... Stefan smoothly assures Harris he will not take unnecessary risks and gives Ava an intense look. She gives him one right back and acts pleased. He pretends to be preoccupied with going green more than anything and departs. Harris sighs he may be to blame cos some evidence went missing the same time his keys did. He asks if she remembers what he did with his keys last time he had them at his desk ... - Leo is most miffed to hear about Darius Rose stalking himself and Dimitri, whom he wanted to run away with. But Dimitri loves only Leo, who worries EJ will lock him up for long although he already talked visitation with Sloan. He fears he too could be locked up. Dimitri whispers no because they did not kill that baby. Nicole's baby lives ... Ava lies she did not notice the keys. Harris sighs someone could have taken them given all the traffic at the station. She diverts him with talk of their first date and a kiss ... Outside Stefan makes a call to mama Vivian ... Eric suggests he and Sloan name their baby boy Jude after Saint Jude to whom he prays. He is grateful God gave them their miracle and she is too so it feels perfect. They happily hug ... Leo exclaims Nicole's baby is alive??? Dimitri tells him to drop it. Rafe arrives and hauls him away ... Nicole felt a connection with her son. EJ says the same and suggests they head upstairs. She woefully flashes back to the night she first held her little miracle.
