She warns he could get in trouble too. EJ, however, is more preoccupied with the prisoner upstairs. Meanwhile Rita is upstairs speaking to sleeping beauty Rafe, who will soon wake up and return to his life. Then he and Jada can return to the way they were ... Steph warns Jada that EJ might now be running the show with Arnold, whom he is using to impersonate Rafe. That means Rafe never cheated. Shawn steps out in his underwear ... - Gabi demands Rafe toss the stripper out. He drawls she is gone and wants to watch Yellowstone with his sandwich. She hisses she is onto him and dirt bag is no Rafe! She demands to know what he did with her brother ... Shawn argues Rafe broke up with Jada so Steph and Jada enlighten him ... Courageous Gabi continues to confront Arnold, who continues to claim he is Rafe. She knows he is Arnold ... Steph now updates Shawn on the Arnold story and suggests the DiMeras took real Rafe and replaced him with the flunky ... Kristen is exasperated to hear about Rita and EJ dealing with Rafe and still mad they did not get the chance to inject Ava. She will head to the station to see mother. Appalled EJ is dead set against it ... - Brady wants an arrest but Belle does not yet have an arrest warrant. Brady notes she needs one for EJ too cos he was also involved in the abduction of Ava ... Arnold denies he is the dead guy. Gabi knows for a fact he tried to hit on Stephanie. He denies knowing she had a guy. Gabi now brings up his wedding day when he gave her a creepy hug. She raises her hand to smack him and he grabs the hand, warning her to watch it ... Jada assures Shawn she only just found out about Arnold. It explains Rafe's recent erratic behavior and lies. EJ was out to get her cos she got him fired and went to extremes ... Brady insists Ava told him the truth about EJ getting drawn in when he came across prisoner Ava, whom he left with Kristen's mom. He believes Ma Barker had something on him ... Kristen insists she and EJ owe her mother. She plans to go to the police with something to save all three of them ... Jada realizes it must have been fake Rafe for months and gets upset about believing the worst of the man she loved. Shawn suggests first they find out whether the theory is true. Jada wonders where her beloved Rafe could be ... Rolf's drugs are flowing through sleeping Rafe's system. EJ enters. He believes the mad DiMera scientist was accurate enough to erase only the memories of his involvement in Rafe's unlawful confinement. Arnold will be gotten rid of soon and Rita is up for the task ... - Arnold insists he is the real Rafe. Gabi demands proof. She speaks Spanish about Tia and he replies like she is not dead. All of a sudden he gets a splitting headache and blames it for his memory lapses. She says she sees something stuck in his hair and pulls it out ... Belle refuses to believe the worst of love interest EJ. Brady is sorry to say he will never change just like Kristen and suggests she run. Alas he cannot cos he and Kristen have a daughter together. But she will have to pay for her actions and he wants an arrest warrant. Here comes smug Kristen ... Jada is desperate to save Rafe before tis too late. Shawn and Jada decide they must corner the imposter ... Gabi leaves with a lock of Arnold's hair to have analyzed. Arnold panics EJ will kill him ... EJ is done with risks and reasons Arnold is to blame for showing up in the first place. Rita wonders how he will use Arnold to get his D.A. job back. It will be tough now but he is still committed to it. Rita is dismissed. EJ hopes Rafe will sleep a little longer as per his plan ... Legal Eagle Belle solemnly excuses herself. Kristen assures Brady she only went to Aremid to get Rachel and got the shock of her life when she saw her mother. Brady gets sarcastic. She gushes about getting her mother back and suggests the poor thing is senile and has suffered. Brady plays along and admits as per Belle she is in the interrogation room. Kristen goes and he follows. Then he shuts the blinds, leers her mother is in a holding cell and warns Belle is getting an arrest warrant. She warns he is making a monumental mistake ... - Brady gets madder. Kristen admits Rachel did lure Ava to Aremid. Brady blasts her and believes she will throw their little girl under the bus. She denies it and warns his actions might ... Meanwhile Belle approaches EJ at the mansion and blasts him for playing a part in Ava's abduction as per Brady. He acts indignant and denies Ava saw him with her captor. He wonders wot else his Vitali enemy lied about. She said Kristen's mother convinced him to say nothing. He gets sarcastic about the dead motha. Belle demands to know what that woman in white has on him. EJ grins nothing ... not now ... Gabi joins Jada, Shawn and Steph and tells them Arnold is still at the house. Rafe and Jada are on their way ... Meanwhile Rita arrives to help Arnold, who panics they are onto him. She sweetly assures him they will get him out of the country. He demands somewhere wealthy and warm and threatens to sing if he does not get what he wants. Rita has exactly what he needs, hands him passports, cash and a burner phone. Then she gives him an electric shock and he collapses. She is not done yet! - Brady hisses he will get full custody. Kristen warns him that child services threatened to take Rachel away from them both if there was just one more incident ... Belle feels like a fool for believing in EJ ... Gabi is enraged at EJ. Steph wonders why EJ would seek someone like Arnold out. Steph has clearly inherited Steve's sleuthing skills ... Gabi still fears for Rafe and excuses herself to the hospital. She is taking Arnold's hair sample for testing to get proof ... Meanwhile real Rafe wakes up at his cozy kitchen table as Shawn and Jada burst in. They demand to know what he did with Rafe. Pause.
