Wednesday, February 5, 2014 Episode 12,269 - EJ and Abigail are playing a dangerous game in his corporate gym shower what with Samantha at the changing room door. The brunette businesswoman fiancee wishes to surprise him but the real surprise is the door is locked. She wonders why the hell he did that. She calls his name. No answer, She realizes the shower is on and steps away. Unsuspecting Sami soon returns with a burly security guard to open the door of her partner in life, love, and business. She jokes there is nothing in there she has not seen before! Meanwhile EJ plays the hot blooded male to Abigail in the steamy shower. Outside, the guard is still trying to find the right key. Sami starts to babble about her negotiations success. She is sure EJ will be impressed! The door is finally opened. She thanks the guard and steps in with a smile. HEY EJ, IT'S ME! Panic ensues. EJ clamps his large hand on Abigail's mouth. - Theresa turns to face JJ at the store with her loot. The puffed up teen pretends he is there for supplies. And her? Silence. She stammers she got some pens. JJ wants to look and grabs for the bag but she grabs it back. He notes her nervousness. She reminds him they should not be seen together. Rory’s brother smugly tells Miss Abigail not to forget her receipt and JJ bursts out laughing after telling him she is Theresa. They played her and high five and hug! The petulant princess wants to know what is going on. Little dude Rory appears and congratulates his big dude brother. Theresa has been hoodwinked! JJ taunts that check did not come her way by accident. She shrieks she was set up. JJ laughs she is busted. Rory adds like broken china. JJ wonders how to spell embezzlement. Theresa claims it is his word against hers and shoves the bag at him. Rory's big dude brother the stock boy produces the iphone from his front shirt pocket and shows the recording of her illegally impersonating Abigail to get the payout. Theresa is aghast. She has been cornered! - Father Eric is with Brother Tim at the retreat and he has been thinking but has not yet decided. Tim wants to take things one step at a time. Step number one. Is the church where he belongs? Eric takes a seat and nervously notices the open bible nearby. He fears the church will reject him due to the damning video. In that respect, all is lost. - At DiMera mansion, Stefano grumbles to tough guy Ricardo that Chyka has gone unreachable. It is making him upset and nerrrrvous and anxious - not a good thing! - Chyka opens the cabin door and marches out into the snow with his gun. Nicole watches with the binoculars and gasps when she sees the weapon. He walks around checking when a light flashes. Nicole realizes the sunlight hit her lense so the dastardly doc now knows she is here. He yells whoever is there, they made a mistake by coming here. All of a sudden, Dan jumps him from behind! They struggle for the gun and it falls as they punch and grab at each other. Chyka gets the upper hand .... that is until Nicole raises the gun and says to stop. Dan shoves him inside for a talk, Nicole following, ready to shoot! - Rory's brother emails the damning video to JJ, who threatens to make it go viral. Theresa would go to jail! She talks entrapment. He reminds her his mom almost fired her once for embezzlement so he really has got her! Theresa storms off but JJ is hot on her trail. - Back at DiMera mansion, Stefano sincerely hopes Chyka has escaped to the South Pacific or Afrrrrrrrica! Ricardo replies he was spotted as recently as last Wednesday. Stefano sighs about rrrrreliability, resigned to the unfortunate order he must now give. - At the dimly lit monastery, soul searching Eric laments only his words claim his innocence. Tim points out he did indeed appear to be a willing participant in the video. Eric denies it but the tests which proved he was drugged were all destroyed and cannot be replicated. He will be forced to leave the church. Tim solemnly states there could be another way - a way he has not thought of. - Back at the cabin, Dan finishes tying Chyka to a chair as Nicole holds the gun on him. Dan demands answers. He is convinced he is the one who supplied Kristen DiMera with the drugs used to destroy Father Eric. Silence. Nicole threatens to shoot his foot. Dan gets vigilante Nicole to put down the gun. They have plenty of time, She snaps she can shoot him later and wants him to admit he remembers Eric, what he did to him, and what he then tried to do to both of them in the dingy basment. Chyka stares. She slaps him twice and vows to make the sob pay. Dan pulls her off. Nicole is out for blood! - Sami innocently asks if EJ can hear her. He silences Abigail again and stammers he will be right out. Sami sits and waits. She teases he is taking the longest shower ever. He stammers he must rinse the conditioner out of his hair and she calls his name again, anxious to see him. He turns off the shower as Abigail cowers in the corner of the shower stall. EJ now emerges to Samantha, putting a towel around his waist. She excitedly shares her business success. He grins he will throw on some clothes and meet her outside. Sami smiles she still needs his signature for that contract and what Sami wants Sami gets! EJ now notices Abigail's big black brazier under the shower curtain. One of the cups is visible! - JJ follows Theresa all the way to the park and she tells him to go to hell. He leers now she knows what it feels like. However, he will promise not to let anyone see her video if she promises not to let anyone see his. It is fair enough and he assumes she will play. Perhaps he is assuming too much. - EJ tries to convince dahling Samantha to go ahead to the office but she already has the contract ready. Abigail silently gasps oh my God when she realizes her black brazier is hanging from under the shower curtain. While Sami is searching for her pen, Abigail pulls her brazier back. EJ signs the contract as requested without reading the terms. The sloppiness surprises Sami. He is sure it is brilliant. She gushes it is. EJ has gotten his trousers on and now puts on his shirt. Assuming they are alone, Sami wants to talk. He suggests they wait. She sighs she is sorry she hung up on him and hurt his feelings. She did not want another fight or ultimatum about letting him back into her bed. Abigail is stunned. - Brother Tim notes Eric will still be disciplined. However, now that Kristen has disappeared, there can be no victim identified. Therefore, there was no crime, only a sin and sin can be forgiven. Eric breathes does that mean he could continue to be a priest? His eyes are clouded over with deep doubt. - Daniel urges vigilante Nicole to stop. They need information! Chyka suddenly announces he remembers. He remembers Nicole's fantastic body from under that towel! Dan reminds him he is their prisoner and they know what he did. He manufactured a drug cocktail. Nicole snaps he gave it to Kristen DiMera, who used it on poor Eric. He sarcastically suggests they sell the scandalous story to Hollywood. Dan suggests he confess cos after that they do not care where he goes. Chyka chuckles at the audacity that they actually think he would confess. - JJ states his terms. They each have a video that could ruin the other's life. Theresa asks about the check she cashed. It was not put in the till and the gift cards can be put back. In addition, he will get the check to sister Abigail. He barks but if she does not back off from his sentencing hearing tomorrow, he will take his evidence to her parents and the police! Theresa pouts. She hates an ultimatum. - EJ is sorry and informs his fiancée he has had a difficult day. He smoothly suggests they head home. After a nice glass of wine he will be able to talk. Sami agrees though she is still anxious to file the paperwork. She mentions meeting EJ at Johnny's game. EJ sighs and asks her to tell Johnny his daddy could not make it. He will see her at home. Sami now starts to complain about what Nick said but he exclaims at home please! Sami agrees, apologizes again, and whispers she does not like things the way they are between them either. Exit Sami. Abigail shuts her eyes in the shower stall. Fully dressed EJ humbly hands her a towel to wear. And about wot she heard …. She gasps she understands everything now, no need to explain anything. There is bitterness in her voice. EJ blinks. - At the mansion, grandpa Nono Stefano admires the artwork from Theo. Abe grumbles he did not answer the lad’s question. Has he had any word from Kristen? Stefano replies with a resounding NO. However, he knows she misses Theo as much as he misses her. Theo woefully notes the kids at school say she was bad. The phoenix reminds him she is family and family helps and loves family. Little Theo nods. Stefano hopes Abraham agrees. Abe eyes him with suspicion. - Tim tells Eric the Church would not allow him to return to his work as a parish priest. However, he can stay a servant in the community of the church. If he confessed, then the bishop might allow him to serve God while cloistered behind walls, where no one could accuse him of being unfaithful. Eric cannot conceal his shock at the suggestion that he become a monk. - Back at the cabin, Chyka laughs off the confession idea and dares the dynamic duo to call the cops. Nicole picks up the gun and disagrees. She might shoot off his kneecap. He doubts it. Daniel drawls he should not count on it. But Chyka has done his research. Doctor Dan takes his Hippocratic oath seriously and would do no harm, he feels. Nicole points the gun at his head and leers she would. Dan starts to get uncomfortable. Chyka calmly explains he has also researched Nicole. She would do anything for the sexy priest who has her heart. However, he does not seem to share her devotion which must be why she wishes to exterminate him now. He dares her to do it. Dan reminds Nicole this is their game with their rules. She nods and they agree to do what they must. Dan drawls Chyka is right and walks out. Chyka starts to sweat. Nicole is enraged he ruined Eric’s life. She will make him confess one way or another! Chyka claims to be amazed by the depth of her love for the fallen father. But if she succeeds in clearing him, he can no longer be her priest with benefits. He saw firsthand that he loves her too. Chyka now reasons if she lets him go, any proof will disappear with his statement and then the priest will be all hers! - Eric turns away and Tim tells him being a monk is merely a possibility. Eric announces that his conscience is clear and he simply cannot confess. Furthermore, he is a man of the world so the option of cutting himself off from others is no option at all. - Theresa surprises JJ by lashing out with a vengeance. She blasts his judgmental mother and claims not to care about the consequences. Even if she was jailed, she would have ruined his life and his mother’s too so it is worth it! He calls her crazy. - Abigail angrily asks how long EJ and Sami have not been sleeping in the same bed. She had no idea and gets agitated. He tells her not now and adds she must leave. She needs clothes first. He goes to get some from a past model’s shoot and insists she stay put. He soon returns and tells dressing Abigail to make haste. The girl is displeased with the red bra, leopard top which is open, and white skirt. EJ tidies up and suggests it is fine. She quips she will die if anyone sees her in this. EJ starts to do up the top and teases he would not mind seeing her in it again. She starts to leave and he stops her. He is sorry. She should be sorry too, says she. However, she is not. Now she goes with her wet hair. EJ watches and then sighs in exasperation. - JJ stops Theresa. It is twisted that she would ruin him in court cos he could send her to jail too. Theresa hates Jen. JJ calls Theresa the biggest bitch and Abe appears under the town gate, wondering if everything is alright. - Tim continues to talk to Eric about the monastery. Eric explains being a priest means working at the church. It seems therefore that choice has been made for him. Tim now brings up his other choice. NICOLE ... - Nicole enlightens Chyka that she intends to do right by Eric and clear his name. He calls her a fool. - Stefano is at his chess set and informs Ricardo he needs Chyka taken care of. This must be ended for his daughterrrrrr's sake! - Dan comes in the cabin with his trusted backpack. Nicole is waiting with her gun on Chyka, who nervously asks what he has. Dan silently whips out a needle and draws an unknown liquid into the syringe. Nicole smugly smirks it seems the not so good doctor is going to get a taste of his own medicine! Chyka stares ... END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Theresa goes back to Brady. Stefano's thug stops an important conversation! |
