Konstantin gasps he finally found he who killed his Katarina and tells her tragic tale. The pawn came to give him a message of death once and instead killed his beautiful Katarina. Now someone must pay ... Paulina assures Abe his lovin was as wonderful as ever. They kiss in bliss ... Johnny has no second thoughts but is worried. He reminds Chanel there is his sister to consider and she insists she loves him now not Allie ... - Everett anounces he was not with anyone since his and Steph's last time together. She chomps her fries. He gushes he grew to love her even more when they were not together. He will never let her go. Strange music plays. Then he suggests they find a place to live together and continue where they left off. Stefanie seems surprised ... Tripp and Wendy come home to Ava in her robe with a shirtless Stefan ... Tripp snaps what the hell and tells Stefan to stay away from his mom or he will regret it ... Paulina sighs to Abe she senses the lump is getting bigger but with him by her side she can overcome anything. He praises her for never giving up and vows to stand by his woman every step of the way for all the days of their lives ... Johnny asks Chanel if he will be enough and she insists she wants to commit only to him. He is her hero. They exchange emotional I love yous and smooch like there is no tomorrow … Steph laughs nervously and refuses to rush in as she did with Chad. She suggests they simply enjoy being together for now. Everett insists this is the real deal for him and asks if she feels the same ... Konstantin orders John to move the trash can and cackles when he does. He marvels he will be able to avenge his Katarina and orders him to put the gun to his head and pull the trigger. John plays along, raising it to his temple ... - Johnny asks Chanel if she is ready to be Mrs. DiMera and she teases is he ready to be Mr. Dupree. That convo can come later cos now they need to kiss. Then they race up to bed like a couple of teenagers ... Paulina is pleased as punch to have her Abraham back where he belongs. It feels right for him too and he promises he is here for her. She falls asleep in his arms and he gets a sincere tear in his eye ... Steph uses the s word. Slow. She suggests they live in the now and Everett agrees, stealing more kisses. Then they get frisky again ... Ava ushers Stefan out. He grabs her for a big kiss then leaves. Tripp is appalled. Ava refuses to explain herself to her son and returns to her room ... Konstantin stops John and decides he will be his pawn for his eventually revenge ... but in 10 seconds he must be himself again. He holds up the card and walks away.
