EJ gets Rafe away from unsuspecting Jada by hauling him off to help. Rafe calls Jada babycakes ... Phil wonders where Alex's date went ... Johnny acts surprised and innocent but Chanel hisses she heard. Joy lies they were talking scripts. Chanel demands the truth. Johnny asks for Joy to go. She does and mad wife demands he explain. He comes clean about his belief she was cheating with Alex. Then he met Joy at the small bar and he told her his tale of woe that he believed his wife had been untrue. Chanel is appalled and it gets worse when he admits that night he made the worst mistake of his life ... - Sullen Joy comes back downstairs and has a drink. She scoffs when Phil asks about Chloe. Alex follows her, sensing something. Here come JJ and the Gabi, who gets catty. Phil gets catty about her knickknacks so she blasts him for trying to get her company once upon a time. JJ suggests they split and she agrees. Steph sighs ... Alex agrees to take jumpy Joy home. Steph suggests she and date Phil leave as well ... Belle and Jada toast to her being new D.A. Alas she could not break the news to EJ and knows he will not take it well ... Alone with munching Arnold, EJ warns him not to make moves on Jada. If he does not obey it will not end well. Gabi and JJ come across the bickering bulls and she suspiciously wonders what is going on ... - Jada and Belle keep drinking and wonder where everyone went. Home and they want to do the same. Jada wonders why Rafe is still with EJ ... Gabi wants to know why EJ is giving her brother Rafe a hard time. He claims he was complaining that Jada convinced Paulina to fire him today. Gabi is pleased to hear it. JJ seconds the notion. Gabi still wonders why EJ is blaming Rafe, who assures sis he can handle him. Gabi sweeps out with her date ... EJ warns Arnold not to go home with Jada. When she emerges with Belle and he insists she not leave with Rafe she wonders why ... Steph is home with Phillip and acting jumpy. He senses she has Alex on her mind ... Chez Alex he has just heard from Joy that Chanel now knows the truth ... Chanel orders Johnny to give her the whole scandalous story so he does. They got drunk together in her hotel room and he complained about the wife he wrongly assumed was cheating on him. One thing led to another ... Chanel demands all the sordid details. They got hot and heavy and then he stopped and left. Chanel does not buy it but he wishes she would. She does and he thanks God. Then she smacks him hard ... - Alex assumes Chanel will be mad at him for hiding the truth all this time. But she could overcome cos Joy and Johnny did not go all the way ... Phil could sense Steph's jealously that Joy was at the party with Alex. She admits she was bothered and repeats they are not allowed to see each other as per work rules. Alex is moving on with Joy. How she wishes she too could move on ... EJ lies to Jada and Belle that Black Patch is sending Rafe on a case. Fake Rafe sighs he has no choice in the matter. Jada sighs and wonders how long he will be away. He knows not but promises to be back for their wedding. He must head off now. EJ coughs so he does not kiss her. Fake Rafe goes on his way ... Back at the Hernandez house Gabi and JJ are hungry enough to have leftover pizza. They agree the party was bizarre. She gushes about the great midnight kiss. JJ offers to stay friends but the Gabi wants more ... Joy fears she will be fired. Alex reminds her she has a contract. But Chanel will for sure hold a grudge. Joy hates feeling like a screwup. Alex praises her for her humor, her kindness and her hotness and then steals a kiss ... - Chanel is still livid about Johnny cos she feels almost going all the way was the same as cheating. Johnny swears he had no idea that girl would be cast for the soap and she had no idea he was the director. Chanel feels like a fool for being that girl's friend. She now realizes that Alex knows as well and blasted Johnny about it. Chanel blasts Johnny for lying Alex was Joy’s lover. He was desperate to save their marriage and apologizes for the mistake. He will do anything to make things right and hopes they can overcome. She flat out refuses to forgive him. Not ever!!!!! - Suave JJ wonders. Gabi would be open to exploring the possibility of a love connection with him. The spark is still there. He feels the same way. She invites him to spend the night together and they go up to her room hand in hand ... Jada decides to depart. EJ bitterly assumes she will be meeting the new son of a beech D.A. Belle coughs. She wanted to tell him that the new D.A. was her. EJ stares ... Phil admits he still sometimes has Chloe on his mind to Steph and they agree to try and let it go. He longs to kiss her again and they start to smooch. Then they head to the bedroom ... Alex stops and apologizes, trying to be a gentleman. Joy wants him to stay and they start to get frisky fast ... Johnny stops upset Chanel from leaving and begs for another chance. She is livid he lied and lied and accused her of cheating. He also broke her heart.
