Paulina is surprised to see Chanel, who stayed the night. She announces she left cheatin heart Johnny ... Abe is shocked Johnny cheated on Chanel. Johnny admits it was with Joy ... Joy asks Alex if there is still something between him and Steph. Meanwhile Steph is fake smiling at Phil. He noticed her tossing and turning and senses something is off ... JJ and Gabi wake up in each others' arms. Tis romantic and they kiss again. All of a sudden a crash ... Paulina is shocked to hear Johnny cheated after he wrongly assumed Chanel had. She cannot believe it was with Joy. Meanwhile Abe is mad about the same thing. Johnny argues he knew not she was a cast member at the time and assures Abe it is over. He fears the same could be true about his marriage ... - Alex sighs he and Steph have not seen or been with each other much. It was not just because Kate forbade it ... Now she is with Philip ... Phil probes and Steph admits she did indeed dream of Alex. His pride is hurt, so he gets out of bed and puts his pants on. He wants a real relationship with her and suggests they cut their losses now ... Joy gets the history of Phil and Steph from Alex and asks what he wants ... Abe is not so sure the marriage is over but Johnny complains Chanel cannot overcome. Abe is sorry for them both. Johnny blames himself for assuming the worst. He tells Abe he and Joy did not actually sleep together ... Paulina is appalled by Johnny's bad behavior but then Chanel admits as per Johnny he and Joy did not do the deed. Mama wonders what the problem is ... - Javi panics when half nekid JJ and Gabi catch him off guard in the kitchen. He then does the math and smiles a knowing smile. Gabi gasps the broken kitchenware sound spooked them. Javi is preparing his New Year's Eve champagne pancakes and tells the couple to sit while he makes them. Then they can all get to know each other ... Paulina hears Joy and Johnny did not do the deed and suggests to Chanel tis not so dire. Chanel declares they are still done ... Johnny explains he pulled back because he loves Chanel too much to betray her. Alas now she is upset with him and he fears he has lost her endless love... PR princess Steph suggests her old feelings for Alex are no different than Phil's old feelings for Chloe. She assures Phil he is her present and she likes being around him. Last night meant something to them both. They should have breakfast together. He suavely asks how she likes her eggs ... - Alas Alex no longer believes he and Steph could go back to the way they were. Joy assures him she understands and wonders what they should do now. He starts to kiss her and she kisses him back ... Apron Phil makes Steph scrambled eggs with hot sauce and they chow down. She reassures him about Titan. He is touched by her support ... Javi serves up the breakfast and asks about last night. Gabi quips he can go first. Javi says he was alone but Gabi senses he is considering a return to Leo Stark. He denies it and then decides to stop eating and go to the gym, teasing the lovebirds before he leaves ... Abe suggests Johnny give Chanel time. Johnny is grateful he is on his side. Abe reminds his son-in-law they are family and warns Paulina might not be so forgiving ... Paulina blasts jackass Johnny's cheatin heart as Chanel drowns her sorrows with more caffeine. Mama says there was no excuse. Chanel is still hurting and gets a sympathetic hug. Johnny and Joy done her wrong! Paulina suggests she shower and dress cos tis a new year. Chanel wipes her eyes and agrees ... Alex gets his pants on and invites Joy to grab ... breakfast. Stressed ingenue Joy has scenes with Chanel tomorrow. Alex blames Johnny for everything and tries to reassure the girl ... - Gabi and JJ enjoy the food and mimosas. She congrats him on surviving Javi. JJ loved the pancakes. Alas he needs to get dressed and assumes Gabi is busy. She has the week off so no. He suggests they spend the day together cos he only starts at the station tomorrow. She gushes she would loooooove it ... Phil gets dressed and decides to head to Titan. Steph accepts his dinner invite and they kiss goodbye, not realizing that Alex is hiding just around the corner in the hall. They agree they had a good time last night. Phil suddenly sees him and sarcastically hopes he had a great New Year's Eve. He did. Phil boasts so did he and Steph and goes on his smug way, reminding Steph he will see her soon. She now wishes Alex a Happy New Year. He looks at her with torment and says the same ... Abe heads home to Paulina to talk about Johnny. Paulina heard all about it from Chanel, who is not about to forgive him ever ... Johnny calls Chanel, who is walking through the square looking chic as ever. He stammers he did not know if she would answer. She snaps she has nothing to say and hangs up. Then she turns and spies Joy sitting primly on a bench reading lines.
