At DiMera mansion EJ is on a call with Kristen and smugly tells her about Rolf's serum doing the trick. He wishes her luck, ends the call and cackles about Rafe not even knowing who he is. Here comes Mad Mayor Paulina ... Gabi gets the lab report at the hospital and opens it with Jada watching. The DNA does not match which means Rafe was not himself! They are astounded it was an imposter all this time. Gabi reasons it all started when EJ hired Rafe ... Jada is anxious to find her real Rafe. Gabi is convinced EJ was involved somehow since that fake Rafe was working for him! - Mayor Paulina explains to EJ she must keep up appearances. EJ assumes she wants to give him his job back. She quips he should go to the slammer instead ... Johnny and Chanel do not like lying. However, they are anxious to become parents so they agree to play along about the religion part. The teens are relieved. Johnny and Chanel head to the mansion to get ready for the important meeting ... Holly reminds Doug she is taken and does not share his feelings so they will never be more than just friends. Doug is fine with that and already got good advice from Julie. He hates himself for stealing her necklace now and worries. She wants to investigate since she now believes Steven did not do it. He hopes Leo will contact the guy who has it and hopes he will agree to let him repay in instalments. Holly suggests they go talk to Leo and admits Tate is busy with Sophia today ... Meanwhile Tate assures Sophia she can count on him ... - Paulina reminds EJ he was accused by Ava of aiding and abetting. He is also suspected of replacing Rafe with a fake. She uses the F word. Feniger. EJ acts indignant and argues Arnold is dead and former commiss Jada was not even clean. He warns Jada will be convicted and she will beg him to be D.A. again ... Johnny and Chanel are excited about the great impression they will no doubt make on Sophia's mother and enter the living room in time to hear Paulina accuse EJ of being an arrogant son of a ... Jada blames herself for not realizing Rafe had been replaced. They must find him! Gabi gets worried he might not even be alive. Jada senses he still is and together they will track him down ... - Holly and Tate have just come from Leo, who informed them the necklace was sold and promised to track it down. They sit at the square and Holly puts her hands on his to reassures him. Here comes jealous Tate ... Paulina suggests arch enemy EJ go straight to hell. Chanel and Johnny implore the pair to make a good impression on Amy Choi, who will have the final say if they can adopt Sophia and Tate's baby. The enemies agree and Johnny and Chanel excuses themselves to get changed. Seconds later Amy arrives with Sophia ... Holly assures jealous Tate she was simply being supportive of Doug but will not say why. Suspicious Tate sits and glares at him. Doug admits he stole a necklace but Holly has been helping him undo what he did. Holly explains they plan to get it back and return it to the owner. Tate is concerned but will talk to Holly when he is done with Sophia and her family. He cattily advises her to watch her purse around the thief ... After he leaves Holly wishes Doug had not confessed to taking Julie's necklace ... - Paulina and EJ act delighted to meet Amy, who used to be good friends with Nicole and wonders whether she will be joining them. EJ must admit they are divorced as she left him for a defrocked priest. Johnny comes down and hears EJ mention being divorced from Nicole. Johnny assures her he and Chanel are not divorcing. Chanel arrives and Amy gives her a strange look ... Gabi suggests they go to the station to confront Arnold. Jada believes it would not work so Gabi suggests they confront EJ. Gabi doubts he would be at the DiMera mansion. Jada flashes back to hearing a sound down in the DiMera tunnels and deduces EJ could have been hiding real Rafe there the whole time!... Chanel is winning Amy over with her charm and appetizers. Casually dressed Tate breezes in late. Sophia explains he was getting desert. Once Amy hears that Chanel owns Sweet Bits she makes it known she does not approve of the double entendre in the bakery name. Chanel and Johnny act like they were unaware of the double meaning. EJ offers the guest a drink. Amy wants water. Amy notices Chanel's holy necklace, which she got from her mother and proceeds to probe EJ about his parents. His fatha considers eternal life important. Amy is pleased. All seems to be proceeding smoothly ... until Gabi storms in and accuses sick sob EJ of holding her brother hostage! - Doug reminds ponytail Holly he did not actually admit to Tate that the necklace he took was Julie's. He had to tell him some of the truth so he would not assume the wrong thing about his and Holly's association ...EJ acts indignant. Gabi and Jada demand he release Rafe. Johnny wonders. Gabi accuses EJ of abducting real Rafe and replacing him with imposter Arnold again. EJ denies the accusation. Johnny had heard Arnold was dead. Gabi and Jada know the truth from the DNA that the man in their midst was not Rafe. Johnny hopes EJ did not revive Arnold after what he did to Sami! EJ insists he did not. Jada demands to see the tunnels. Amy wants someone to tell her what exactly is going on. EJ warns Jada she has no warrant. Gabi hisses if he did nothing wrong then he will let Jada go down to the tunnels. Jada asks Johnny to show her the way and he does. Tate suggests a reschedule. EJ is in denial of any wrongdoing. Johnny warns if he had anything to do with the man who raped his mother there will be hell to pay! Chanel covers her mouth in horror. Amy looks appalled. Tate and Sophia look like they are sunk ... - Gabi is pacing while they all wait. Jada returns and admits she did not find Rafe down in the cellar. EJ wants them gone. Jada warns they will find Rafe and he will go to jail. Chanel asks if anyone wants a cookie ... Doug doubts jealous Tate would keep a secret for him. Holly believes she can make him understand and sighs he is busy with Sophia anyway ... Amy insists her daughter leave with her now. Tate unhappily follows. Chanel cries they will never get that baby. Paulina tries to console her ... Outside the macabre mansion Amy makes it clear to Tate and Sophia that the DiMeras will never get her grandchild ... Inside Johnny blames EJ, who denies holding Rafe hostage. Johnny now remembers how distant Rafe was. EJ agrees he must have hoodwinked them all.
