Alex announces he has someone else to rep Tate so he can go. Teresa is stunned ... Tate and Brady argue in a room at the station. Brady tells him he cannot take on EJ. Tate argues he is a juvenile and wants to fight his own battle. John suavely arrives with Tate's suit for the arraignment. Brady is exasperated ... EJ is on a call with Rafe about the hearing. Johnny is surprised EJ let Eric stay with Nicole in Holly's room. EJ believes he is her good friend and now has Tate in his sights. He vows to make sure that druggie losa never gets near Nicole's daughter again. Johnny can see he is out for blood and lets out a sigh ... - Brady loathes the long wait. John suggests they take a walk. Alex asks Teresa if she is certain Tate told her the truth. She knows he did and refuses to think otherwise. Alex gives her a supportive hug ... John and Brady find it cold outside. Brady hopes Tate did not use drugs with Holly. The silver fox suggests if he did they can get him help but he believes Tate has been truthful ... Johnny updates EJ on Holly getting drunk Xmas Eve when EJ and Nicole were at Green Mountain. He checked on her but she was definitely drunk. He regrets not watching over her at the party but EJ continues to blame Tate his official fall guy ... Paulina wants to hear all about Johnny and Chanel's sweet night. She admits they stayed up for ... dessert and remembers ... Johnny warns denial EJ that Holly might have done drugs on her own ... EJ receives a mysterious clearly important call and steps away ... - Tate returns with Justin and the great news that he made bail. The family are relieved and assume the worst is over. Perhaps they are assuming a tad too much ... Fully dressed Abe is now sitting beside Paulina on the sofa. Chanel finishes breakfast. Abe wonders about Holly. Chanel is waiting for word from Johnny. Paulina recalls how the girl was after Johnny and states at least Tate is her age. Chanel points out Tate would have a lot of trouble if he gave that girl any drugs ... Abe feels for the teen. Paulina wishes they could stop the drugs and intends to call Rafe. Johnny now calls Chanel with the news that Holly almost lost her life when she overdosed at the bistro. Now she is in a coma. So far he knows not whether Tate gave her the drugs as EJ is insisting. Johnny asks Chanel to meet him at the pub. He is concerned EJ might go nuts on Tate ... - Rafe steps away to take a call. The gang are grateful the arraignment went well and are grateful to Justin. John offers a big lunch for everyone. Justin walks off to get the release papers. Rafe gets another call. Brady is elated Tate can come home. Alas Justin and Rafe have gotten an update. The judge changed his mind, bail is hereby revoked and Tate must be taken into custody. The wrath of EJ strikes again!
