Tis tough and she excuses herself to the bathroom. Her car comes early and they hug like there is no tomorrow ... Tackily dressed Teresa insists on her son's innocence and accuses EJ of being bitter and hateful. Rafe asks the officer to take Tate, who must get out of his suit. Justin goes with the lad ... Teresa agrees with Alex that they should have gotten another lawyer ... In his room, Rafe blasts vengeful EJ for going after the kid. Besides, Holly took those drugs. He intends to interview eyewitnesses at the school but EJ remains vengeful as ever. Meanwhile Tate comes back to numbly hug his mother one more time ... - Charming Xander assures Sarah they could be roommates and coparents. He promises to be a proper gentleman and knows she would respect his boundaries. She teasingly wonders what those are. The most important one is not to put his phone or tablet in a place that is tough to find. The mood is light as he awaits her answer. Brady assures his son that when Holly wakes up she will make things right. He knows his son is innocent and vows to bring him home when they prove it. Tate hugs Teresa but EJ wants him taken now.
