She apologizes for blurting they were keeping the baby to Holly. He admits he has not seen her since ... Meanwhile at the park Holly wakes up injured Doug who is bleeding but stops her from calling the cops. He wishes she would go and forget everything but she refuses ... Tate now believes Holly was right and things will never be the same for them ... Brady blames Kristen for being a bad role model. She gets a drink and hisses Rachel's acting up is his fault ... Sara knows Steph is seeing Phil these days and hopes he will not clash with Xander ... Xander haughtily dismisses Phil, who reminds him he is CO-CEO and demands to be the man in charge. He updates Sophia on her mom showing up hoping to plan their wedding. Papa Brady informed her they had no plans to wed but Tate promised Sophia would not go thru this alone ... Doug does not want the police involved so Holly helps him head to someone she trusts to keep their silence ... Brady suggests Kristen is to blame for keeping Rachel from him. She accuses him of leading her on. Brady wants to stop the insanity and gets choked up about how they both hurt their little girl. Kristen agrees they are both to blame and their daughter deserves better. They must prove she matters but they must also get along ... - Phil hears Xander wants DiMera cos they are competitors. He intends to undermine Kristen ... but Phil disagrees ... Sara suggests Xander and Philip could keep each other in check. Steph hopes no blood will be shed and here comes Holly with bruised and bloodied Doug. They need the medicine woman's assistance now ... Sophia complains about the situation, how her mom is less modern than her. Tate suggests she could give the baby up for adoption. Sophia stops smiling ... Phil warns bribery would be a bad idea. Xander reminds him Victa was a serial briber who would leap at the chance to get DiMera but Philip believes Kristen is still a clear and present danger. He refuses to let his beloved Steph get caught in the crossfire ... Holly fibs to Sara that they did call the cops. They could not go to a hospital cos Doug has no insurance. Her mom would rather raise it herself. However, maybe them having a baby is too big a responsibility ... Brady warns Kristen that Rachel is too defiant and suggests professional help. Kristen refuses to entrust her child to a shrink and complains Marlena could turn her against her. Brady does not believe Marlena would even agree to treat her as they are related. But if they do not act now, their daughter will never be better than they are. This gets to Kristen ... After the stitching Sara suggests Doug have something for the pain and rest at the house a while. Holly agrees and helps him upstairs. He is already feeling a bit better. Holly will wash his bloodied shirt. After they exit Steph hopes they find the muggers. Now she must head to a dinner date with Philip, who will no doubt tell her all about his big Titan day ... - Phil informs Xander that he and Steph are involved. Xander suggests they break up. Phil wants their work to be above board and above suspicion. He warns disagreeing Xander he can do nothing without him and his fifty percent. The Great Scot storms out ... Back at the square Tate suggests he have the adoption discussion with Sophia and her mom. Sophia suggests they wait a while with that and asks him to accompany her on her doctor's appointment. He says of course and she gazes at him ... Holly helps Doug remove his shirt as raunchy music plays ... Kristen agrees to Rachel having a therapist. She and Brady are now allies. They go off together to speak to their little girl ... Sophia sweetLy thanks Tate for the hot chocolate and conversation. He will see her at school tomorrow. After she walks away he calls Holly, who is breathily staring at shirtless Doug. She turns off her phone and asks Doug to come clean about why he wanted no cops ... Xander comes home to his devoted dahling Sara, who asks about his day. He slams down his briefcase and blames Phil for making it a nightmare ... Meanwhile Phil is on a call with Kate boasting about how he shot down the great Scot's idea.
