His loved ones will be crying at his funeral when in reality he is alive nearby! She now drops a bombshell. She is vanishing from Salem with Abe very shortly! - Back at DiMera mansion Lani reminds Kristen that Brady loves their daughter. Why make the man she cares for suffer? Rachel is Brady's world. They share a hug and an emotional I love you. Kristen is glad to have seen her and is clearly considering her advice ... Marlena convinces Brady to let her appeal to Kristen ... Theo reads aloud how Abe fell for the amazing Paulina years after he lost his beloved Lexie. He includes the good and the bad, how in the end they were meant to be. Theo loves her and praises her for accepting him as he is. He promises to take care of her. Paulina jumps up to hug her stepson and poignantly promises they will take care of one another ... John wants to hear more about this Whitley's visit. He and Steve hear how she supposedly came to share her condolences. She was a huge Abe fan and supporter. After Chanel departs, John drawls they should ... takes a closer look at the nurse says Steve ... Whitley boasts she has been saving money for year and offers Jerry a big bonus to get out of Salem. Brady is with John at the pub when the silver fox gets a call from Steve, who is at the hospital looking for nurse King. After Steve ends the call Whitley appears and wonders what he wants ... She suggests she return the favor by revealing granddaughter Rachel's location. Kristen explains IF she knew she would not share for nothing sooo ... John and Brady toast to Abe ... Unhappy Paulina is back home with no appetite. Theo wonders whether Abe really is in a better place ... Meanwhile Abe watches the retro soap with tears in his eyes.
