Sonny calls Will as Leo was a no show again so Justin is making a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Will is upbeat. Sonny snaps Leo is still dead. Will wonders about the body. Kate appears and asks whose body ... At home Abigail decides to reply to Gabi’s message later. Chad can see she is stressed and suggests more sleep. Abigail assumes Titan’s amazing CEO must himself have a busy day ahead. He does not deny it, downs his coffee and gets two goodbye kisses from his wife. Once he is out the door Abigail reads the text from Gabi, who wants to talk ... At DiMera mansion obsessed Stefan remembers Gabby’s sad goodbye. Ted the lawyer shows up and advises him to stop blackmailing his client Kate. Stefan eyes him ... Abigail now meets with Gabi, who warns her they need to switch the test results stat. Abigail announces she is not having the baby anyway. Gabi was not expecting this ... Abe leaves Lani’s hospital room as Val is giving her one last exam. Eli asks for an update. He stammers it is about a story for the Spectator. Kate senses a lie and asks for the truth ... Val tries to make Lani feel better, assuring her she shall be a mom again. Meantime she, Abe and Eli are on her side. Val emerges from the room as Abe thanks Eli for making the arrangements. Eli hugs his mother. Abe enters Lani’s room to let her know how proud he is of her. Lani becomes emotional ... Ted haughtily notes Stefan really has nothing on them. However, Stefan knows they conspired to bring down Titan. He suspiciously wonders where Leo is and strongly suggests he find him lest he and Kate are suspected in his disappearance! Ted growls to stop torturing his client. Cocky Stefan questions if Kate is more to him ... Kate assures Will he can speak to her about anything. Will suddenly flashes back to the past when she said the exact same thing. Another memory! It felt like a couple of years ago when she encouraged him to come out. He gushes he also had some other memories earlier and smiles they were about Sonny ... Sonny informs Chad the Leo case was dismissed. Chad is glad for him and then wonders why he looks so grim ... Abigail informs Gabi that she loves Chad and is putting him first. Gabi gets more upset by the Salem second. Abigail explains she is grateful for her friendship but has a clinic appointment now soooo. Gabi angrily stops her ... Lani has Eli’s old baby blanket for their son as Val and Abe await. The group goes out together ... Will informs curious Kate he remembered himself and Sonny exchanging professions of love. Kate asks if he also felt the feeling. As a memory he did. Kate wonders whether he told Paul. He did but he loves only Paul in the present. The past is the past. He repeats he loves Paul ... Sonny is ready to move on. However now he will have no chance to clear his name. Chad grins now he can go hard on expanding and acquiring. Sonny worries about the funds. Chad seeks a deal with a certain shipping company that would help them cut Titan costs. Sonny is already aware that Stefan is negotiating with said shippers. Chad takes a drink and drawls DiMera will not stand a chance due to its financials. Sonny now accuses him of overspending and trying to weaponize Titan to take down DiMera. Sonny wants the company to be a Titan in the corporate world, not the Titanic ... Stefan taunts Ted about taking Kate to bed. Ted gets testy. Stefan also accuses Kate of killing mama Vivian and warns he will make her pay. This is how he is doing it. Kate must keep Chad close and give him the inside info he needs to ruin him. If she does not he will bring down Kate and Ted too. Gabi urges Abigail to at least take some time to reconsider her decision but she disagrees and departs. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Gabi knows exactly who to involve to get her to change her mind ... Will admits to Kate he sneaked a second dose of Rolf’s serum. She worries he could get hurt. He thinks not. She now looks him in the eye and asks about that body comment. He stammers about his Spectator story and takes off ... Chad wants Sonny to agree with his expansion and bold moves. Sonny snaps they do not need that shipping company. Chad reminds him he is not the man in charge. Sonny suggests he should be and their eyes lock ... Gabi comes to see Stefan about business, she says, and hands him an envelope. He opens it and she gasps it was the wrong one. He reads that Abigail is pregnant ... Abigail arrives for her abortion appointment ... Val, Abe, Eli and Lani all leave a flower at the Horton plaque for baby David. Lani weeps they love him and then cries on papa Abe’s shoulder. He suggests she come home with him. She decides she needs time alone. Eli offers to escort her. She thanks him. Abe kisses his precious girl and they hug again. She loves her dignified dad. Val tells Eli to take care of her and their son. He will and they walk away together. Val and Abe get emotional ... Will finds an envelope slipped under his door. He picks it up ... Back in her room, Ted later updates Kate on the Leo case being dismissed. She breathes a sigh of soap relief. He admits he went to see Stefan to advise him to stop blackmailing her. Kate wishes he had not done that. Ted wanted to try and help and hopes she will not kick him out or slap him but she can if she wants. She kisses him instead, grateful he wanted to fight for her. But she warns him to beware of Stefan the beast ... Gabi babbles it is a mistake but Stefan has read the woman he loves is having his baby. Gabi gasps Abigail loves Chad but he reasons Gabby is still somewhere inside her. Gabi hisses she is having an abortion anyway. She refuses to say where so he threatens to destroy her company cos it is all she has. She calls him a bastard and agrees to reveal where she went ... Abigail is waiting for paperwork at the clinic ... Lani weeps that their baby’s funeral was wonderful and thanks Eli for bringing her home to her room. He also brought clam chowder and now finds the baby booties. He is so sorry. She wants to be here for him as he was for her all this time. She hugs him and he breaks down ... Will opens the anonymous note. I KNOW WHAT YOU AND SONNY DID! Dangerous drums of doom play ... Chad wonders what Sonny means. Sonny states technically he can now be reinstated as CEO. Chad reasons the public might not believe he had nothing to do with Leo disappearing so his return would be a PR mistake in the making. Victor would not approve. Sonny snaps he will not allow him to reverse the gains he made. Chad smirks there is only way to settle this ... Kate is pleased to have Ted on her side. It might make Stefan think twice. He carries her to the bed and they make mad passionate love ... Gabi enjoys her pink martini at the club and grins she is gonna bring down Stefan and Abigail in one swoop. Who knew Stefan had a heart?! Meanwhile Stefan storms into the clinic, where he finds teary-eyed Abigail before she can abort the baby he now believes belongs to him ... STAY TUNED |
