He shares that Nicole said she and EJ are getting genetic testing done for the baby. Sloan starts to panic ... EJ senses Nicole is upset about Sloan having Eric's baby. She denies still loving Eric and assures EJ she loves only HIM. But something about Sloan's news was off ... very off ... - Eric explains to Sloan that the DMA swab EJ had was from the mouth ... Alex sips his beer and wants to be a better man. Melinda touches his hand while jealous Li watches. Alex babbles about losing Stephanie forever ... Dimitri invites both Chad and Steph to his wedding with Gwen. Chad sarcastically calls them a match made in heaven. He asks if their honeymoon will be in hell. Steph is not impressed either and Chad shuts the door on Dimitri ... Alex babbles about his therapy. Melinda is bored ... Li denies being in a plot to off Stefan DiMera. Connie claims too bad cos she likes the bad boys ... Leo suggests tis not to late to cancel if Gwen is having doubts about Dimitri. She wonders whether she should. He remembers Dimitri swearing him to secrecy about their affair and suggests she not cancel cos of prewedding jitters. Gwen thanks God for her best friend ever setting her straight and hugs him ... Connie is addicted to true crime podcasts and loved hearing bad boy Li's story. She would love to talk alone ... Alex tells Melinda he must have a respectful relationship. He wonders what Dimitri's angle for marring Gwen really is cos he is a snake ... Dimitri is surprised when Leo opens Gwen's door. Gwen emerges from the loo and apologizes for before. She smiles Leo talked her down, kisses her cheating fiance on the cheek, and heads out to fix something at the Spectator. Leo and Dimitri start to make out like there is no tomorrow ... Back at the grand DiMera mansion Nicole quotes a classic Olivia Newton John song to EJ. I HONESTLY LOVE YOU. She lies (mostly to herself) that she is over Eric. She wishes him happiness. Unlike Sloan, to whom he will now be tied forever! She and EJ agree that was why she got herself preggers ... Eric leaves to find the doctor. Sloan panics Nicole now might learn her baby is really Eric's and soap stares ... Li and Melinda laugh about their misfit dates. She invites him to help her finish the wine and teases he can pat her down. He is intrigued by both ideas and she pours the wine. Their eyes lock ... In the hallway Alex admits to Steph and Chad he had a bad date. They are heading to the pub. Steph looks at Chad, who invites him. Alex leads the way. Steph gives Chad a kiss on the cheek for being kind ... Nicole sits with EJ and tells him she loves their life and wants to focus on their baby only. EJ gets romantic and frisky ... Eric returns to Sloan, who agrees to the genetic testing. She fibs she was worried about Nicole and he holds her close ... Outside now, Gwen realizes she forgot her phone ... Leo pushes away Dimitri, upset he will hurt Gwen. Dimitri states she will be rich and what she does not know ... Then he kisses him again and they get hot and heavy.
