Chad is staring at the video with the mystery woman again as Julie watches. They are waiting to hear from the technician he tasked with investigating the footage. He feels like he is reliving that day Kayla confirmed Abigail was gone. Julie suggests he speak to the medicine woman ... At the pub Kayla is sorry to hear from Kate that soap Body and Soul was cancelled due to a network and producers’ dispute. All of a sudden it is the talk of the day ... Abe wonders where his soap went. Paulina kisses him and gets going to meet the PR princess ... Jada believes Bobby wants her back and would therefore not bring out Everett. Steph urges her to help poor sweet Everett. Steve remembers how he zoned out and argues the dude did not pull the trigger. He decides he must head to Greece and bring him home ... Kate comes to see Abe with the scandalous news that Body and Soul got cancelled ... Paulina is having a power lunch with Steph, who alludes to a new PR nightmare ... Bobby swoons when Jada arrives and was just reading that murder mystery she recommended. He assumes Everett's neurotic girlfriend or the doc sent him. She is worried as are they and understands he could not control what happened. He gushes he never stopped loving her and did not want to hurt her. She plays along, accepts his apology and claims she cares. Bobby is momentarily mesmerized ... - Chad does not want Kayla to tell Jack, Jen or Steve. He also would not want to swear her to secrecy. Julie warns if he asks no one anything he will have no answers ... Jada assures Bobby she wants him to get better and get out. He realizes she really means Everett. She reminds him she is with Rafe now and argues Everett is real but Bobby is his alter. He reasons their life together was real and gets upset. He is the one protecting Everett from horrors! Jada calls him heroic and strong but suggests he let Everett emerge and face his truth ... Steph tells Paulina the public did not like how she fired Trask a woman of color and replaced her with rich white man EJ. Paulina points out Trask stole a baby! Steph warns it could pose a big problem. The public thinks she treated Trask like trash ... Kate is sorry about the abrupt end of the soap that helped Abe so much ... Steve updates Marlena on Justin working out a deal since Clyde threatened Tripp. He might get off with probation. He owed John his life anyway. She smiles John feels the same way ... Chad nervously sits in Kayla's office and swears her to secrecy. He is here about Abigail ... - Steve is determined to help John. Marlena disagrees. Steve now gets a call from legal eagle Justin, who just got him a suspended sentence and community service. He decides to depart for Greece and assures anxious Marlena he will be alright ... Kayla has seen the footage which could be Abigail but appears grainy. Chad asks her about Abigail's last moments. Could she have survived? Maybe. Sometimes Salem miracles happen ... PR princess Steph suggests Paulina reassure Salem that EJ was the best man to return to the job. How? By letting her launch a PR campaign about heroic EJ, who helped get Gabi free when he realized she was innocent. Paulina grumbles about the spin of the sinister one... Bobby accuses Jada of wanting to make him vanish. She believes Everett should be allowed to emerge and tells Bobby he will stay part of him. That is the healthy solution. Bobby suggests she is bowing to the Salem pressure and announces there is something he could give her that Everett could not. And he is not referring to romance! He whispers he would be able to help her solve a crime ... - Kate gets a glint in her eye and suggests she and soap addict Abe can really do something ... Paulina does not want to hold the press conference. Steph suggests they get EJ to do it. After all he loves the limelight. Steph suddenly looks at her phone. She is waiting for news from a friend ... Cocky Bobby claims he can help Jada solve a big cold case. She is suspicious of the timing and asks what kind of crime. He grins it was MURDER ... Kayla argues Abigail lost a great deal of blood but ... Steve flatlined and returned from the dead as did others. Chad wonders how it could have happened. Kayla tells him of drugs that can lead to symptoms that mimic death. Abigail was taken to the morgue and there was no autopsy. But the body was supposed to be prepared by the funeral home ... unless it wasn't! - Kate suggests she and Abe get the rights to Body and Soul. Abe is intrigued ... Steve comes to see Sweetness and announces Justin made a deal so he does not have to do time. Kayla is relieved ... until he announces he is now going to Greece to save John ... Steph rushes over to Marlena's place. She got Jada to go get through to Everett. Marlena looks worried ... Jada demands to know who got murdered. Bobby will tell her ... tomorrow ...
