At the cabin, Ben chops carrots with a big knife as Ciara watches. He suggests she be careful with the knife he gave her. She thinks it was good of him to let her have it. He suspects she is having second thoughts about staying here with him ... Tripp wants water at the loft and asks why Claire is crying. She updates him on Ciara phoning home but not returning. They are to blame! ... At the station Hope is furious the search was called off in the county for Ciara. Rafe admits it was his doing ... At DiMera mansion Chad orders Stefan to stay away from his wife ... Abigail obsesses over the pregnancy test she plans to do today. She is alone outside. Gabi approaches. Tis a coincidence they both came back on the same day. Abigail apologizes for everything. Gabi asks if she is really alright. She explains the alters were integrated and she remembers. Gabi fumes she framed her and accuses her of going after her cos she dared get together with Chad when she was presumed dead. Abigail denies it and calls her her best friend. Chad leers he will make him leave Salem and regret he ever came to town. Ominous music plays ... Abigail assures Gabi that Ari loves her. Gabi gets madder by the minute no matter what she says. She points out Sonny and Will are only part time so her time with her daughter is long and she is being met with silence. Abigail is sorry and suggests in time Ari will come around. Gabi snaps Abigail has not spent enough time in therapy and it seems unfair she was able to come back the same day as her. When she states she will be working with Stefan, Abigail protests ... Stefan suggests Chad fears him. Chad reminds him he was taught by the great Stefano, whereas Stefan never knew him. And he was his heir so he vows to take all that is rightfully is ... Rafe reasons with Hope that he had to follow protocol cos Ciara called and did not wish to come home. He understands. Hope snaps no he does not as he has no children ... Ciara has no regrets. Ben warns her he might not be the best guy to be around for one’s mental health. She notes she is not able to go until her leg gets better. But she can do something ... Claire wishes she could turn back time. Tripp gets it. She also wishes she could be more confident. Tripp laughs he does not like boring obnoxious sorts. Claire concludes she was only partly to blame with Ciara since Ciara is angry and tries to compete at times. Tripp tells her they are both great people and he senses they will grow close. Claire misses the old Ciara. Ring ring! Tis Ciara calling. Rafe assures Hope he loves Ciara and also wants her home. She is sorry for her harsh words. He goes to get them more coffee and promises they will find Ciara and bring her home ... Claire stammers and swears she did not sleep with Tripp. Ciara thinks she would have and asks her to pass on a message to Eve and Brady. Claire will and informs her Stefan bought them out. Ciara, however, is done with the modeling contract. She confesses she never even wanted it like Claire did and tells her to talk to Eve and Brady about it. Bye. Tripp takes the phone and tells her to wait ... Chad informs Stefan that Abigail remembers all the awful things he did! Stefan sits across from his brother and explains he did what he did to protect her. She turned to him. Chad gets himself a drink as Stefan declares fake Gabi will always be a part of Abigail and that part will always love and want HIM. That is his brother's wife. Chad talks tough. Stefan thinks he is still way ahead in this war ... Gabi updates Abigail on Stefan letting her run Gabi Chic. Abigail argues Chad would have hired her so why stick with sinister Stefan? Gabi feels she has no choice. Abigail realizes she is keeping her enemy close. She looks nervous so Gabi grabs the bag she is holding for answers. She takes a look at the pregnancy test as Abigail blurts out sbe might be pregnant with Stefan’s baby ... Rafe bears news for Hope about the boot print. They are worn by state workers only. They will check all facilities in the area. Hope worries who would have helped Ciara but not taken her to hospital ... Ciara listens in silence as Tripp implores her to come home. Now he knows the whole story of Chase. Ciara cries Claire made her tell him. Tripp thinks it was for the best. Ciara gets upset about Claire butting in. Ben listens. Ciara snaps she was not ready and tells Tripp to go be with the normal girl instead of she who was raped. Ben looks stunned ... Stefan taunts Chad for worrying Abigail might actually want him ... Abigail admits she is late. Gabi blames stress. Could it be Chad’s baby? Abigail notes there was one time they were together in the last two months. Gabi notes then it is only a 50% chance it is Stefan’s. Abigail thinks that is bad enough and gasps for God to help her ... Ciara cries and ends the call, ignoring Tripp’s pleas. Then she starts to sob like a wounded animal. Ben asks if she is alright. She fibs she is fine. But Ben has overheard and understands why she is having a hard time. He notes she trusts no one and now here she is with a serial killer. He promises to never hurt her ... Chad growls Stefan will never hurt Abigail again and takes a drink. Stefan warns him he might not win ... Gabi feels sorry for Abigail’s situation as at least she knew who Ari’s father was. She brings up the love of the alter Gabi but Abigail would rather not think about it. Gabi gives her back the test and urges her to get it over with. Abigail is baffled she is being so nice. Gabi blames Stefan for everything and they go inside the pub together to find the answer Abigail is looking for ... Claire still wants to find Ciara and tells Tripp ... Hope has the list of facilities that issue workers the boots and finds the name of Shady Hills. It rings a horrifying bell ... Ben is sorry for Ciara’s pain. She cries about therapy not working. He suspects she did not stay long enough and hopes she does not want to stay here with him as a death wish. Of course not. He thinks she is also avoiding Tripp. She wanted to be with him but could not even handle when he kissed her. Ben laughs she would never fall for HIM, which must make him easier to be around. She does not deny it. He hopes they got the guy who did it. When he hears it was her stepbrother he calls him sick. He’d kill such a guy. He cuts the carrots with a vengeance. Back in Salem, Hope gasps Ben Weston was locked in Shady Hills and reaches for her phone ... Tripp ends a call with the cops and updates Claire on Rafe saying Ciara was with some unknown guy ... Hope calls Chad and wonders whether he dropped Ben off along route 17 when he ordered him to be gone from Salem. Yes he did. Hope thanks him and begs God not to let Ben have her baby ... Ben reminds Ciara she was the victim. She feels like damaged goods. Ben disagrees and gets back to making dinner. Ciara feels safer and puts down her knife ... Back at DiMera mansion Chad wants Stefan to know he was the worst thing to happen to Abigail not crazy Ben. Stefan states they are both DiMeras and sarcastically raises his glass. May the best bro win At the pub Gabi is staring at a picture of Ari on her iphone. Abigail comes back from the bathroom with big news for her friend. The test was positive. She is pregnant. BOOM!
