Kristen informs Commiss Jada she needs to get the immunity deal checked out but if all is above board her mum will gladly bring down dastardly EJ ... Back at the mansion EJ is mad about Kristen getting the immunity deal and thanks her maniac mother for the info. Then he gets a syringe out of the safe and sneers this serum will erase all her memories that implicate him and perhaps more ... - Lilac Julie is delighted Doug is still interested in her Doug's story. He wishes he could advise him on how to speak to girls. She suggests a look or a touch or a dance does the trick. She and Doug enjoyed the bistro but has not been back since ... JJ runs into Julie and Doug and Julie invites him to join them for dinner ... Jada and Rafe discuss the deal with Kristen. Rafe reasons they must wait for Melinda Trask to act ... Kristen joins Trask at the bistro and shows her the immunity agreement for her mom in exchange for her testimony against EJ ... Rachel seems to reel from the big dose as EJ warns she might not remember much. She calls him a snake and seems to forget her daughter's name. EJ is smug as a bug ... Rafe loves seeing Jada back at her desk. She wonders if he misses the work. He prefers being the scrappy investigator but cannot wait for them to wed ... Melinda gives Kristen the green light for her mom's immunity deal that will sock it to EJ. Next step is for her mom to sign it. Melinda sips her drink as Julie enters with Doug and JJ. Julie gasps when she sees the D.A. wearing her stolen heirloom necklace!!! - EJ is smug as Rachel staggers and acts like she cannot remember anything. But he notices she still knows his name and realizes her pupils are not dilated. She hisses she remembers everything and he stares at the syringe in his hand ... Holly admits she was mad when Tate called Doug a thief. Tate confesses he was jealous ... Rafe and Jada wedding talk. He is still mad about the Feneger fiasco. She complains the creep must still have the heirloom ring. Rafe vows to make her his wife regardless and they seal the deal with a kiss ... Julie storms over to Trask's table and demands to know where she got that necklace. Kristen goes on her way. Julie announces that is stolen property from the Hortons and demands it back. Trask refuses. Julie wants JJ to arrest the jewel thief but the D.A warns against it. JJ stands in silence ... Holly insists she and Doug are only pals but Tate hates they are close. She reminds him he is always busy with Sophia and the baby. He announces Chanel might have convinced Mrs. Choi that she and Johnny were the best potential parents - minus one EJ DiMera that is ... - Back at DiMera mansion EJ is stunned. Rachel warns she was watching him when he got the syringe out of the safe. She replaced it and hisses she will be able to testify against him. He boasts he has a plan B and approaches her with a sinister look in his eye, reminding her he is just as bad as his fatha ... Holly smiles EJ can win over anyone. Tate smiles he was head over heels even when Holly only had eyes for her crush EJ. She blushes and then remembers grandma is expecting her for dinner. Tate suggests she stay for pizza. She accepts and gets out her phone to text her grandma ... Meanwhile Julie talks tough with suspected jewel thief Trask and demands her arrest. Trask snaps she would not knowingly wear a stolen necklace in public. She bought it from a legit jeweler. JJ calmly asks if Julie reported it stolen. Alas no. JJ suggests they go to the station to file a report. Julie snaps a pic and storms off with him. Tate now steps up and glares at smug Trask ... - Jada updates Rafe on Kristen calling. She is about to get her mom's signature as the D.A. approved ... Meanwhile at DiMera mansion Kristen finds Rachel's white scarf but no Rachel. The only one there is EJ, who smugly states she is gone. He suggests she just needed a change. Kristen does the math and curses her badass brother ... Back at the station JJ gets Julie's story. She last saw the necklace in the Horton living room and left it in the time capsule. He has all the names who were present at the house and ponders ... Doug stares at Trask and she tells him to get her another drink. Alas he has no money. She points out Julie has no proof so he could be in the clear. However if the cops come after her she will out him in a heartbeat ... - Tate and Holly snuggle after watching a scary movie and start to smooch ... Jada and Rafe gleefully toast to getting the goods on EJ ... Meanwhile back at DiMera mansion Kristen accuses EJ of lying and demands her mother. EJ sarcastically suggests the old woman must have wandered off. She screams and he suggests she stay calm cos there is no solution. Then he arrogantly walks out. Kristen gets out a gun ...
