Harris opens his door to Xander, who admits he has been bad ass but fatherhood changed him. He insists he is innocent of shooting him ... Everett believes Steph is still the best and suggests she deal with Chad instead of him. She admits she does not want to deal with Bobby or Everett or whoever. She hates that he cheated on Jada with HER in Seattle. Everett slurps his coffee and confesses to the gaps he cannot remember including his own father ... Eric feels Nicole and Holly are family. Marlena wonders how Sloan feels about that. He believes Nicole and Sloan are closer cos Nicole helped her with crying Jude. Marlena just wants the best for her son ... - Pink sweater Holly is sullen about EJ imposing a restraining order on Tate. She insists to Nicole he is not to blame for the New Year's Eve fiasco cos it was really HER fault ... Eric wonders whether Nicole said something in therapy, then changes the subject to Jude. Marlena and Brady are looking forward to tomorrow. She brings up Brady's belief that his son Tate is innocent. Eric admits he too has his doubts about Holly not telling the truth ... Nicole assures nervous Holly she knows she is not to blame ... Tate cannot help but feel a bit betrayed by Holly ... Steph is sorry to hear Everett has no memory of his father, only his mother. He wonders whether he ever mentioned him. She asked about him but Everett had no answer ... Xander starts to go so Harris invites him to stay for a scotch. He informs the Scot he believes he did NOT try to off him. They drink to that. Xander probes. Harris senses Xander like him has turned over a new leaf. Xander wishes he could track the person who texted and set him up. Harris wonders if he suspects anyone in particular ... - Eric admits to Marlena when he spoke to Holly she was evasive and hiding something. He asks about John and offers to talk anytime. She smiles no need, hugs him and gets going ... Nicole assures her 'perfect' Holly she did nothing wrong and heads out to shop for the christening. Holly decides to contact Tate, who has just decided he is probably better off without her ... Everett updates Steph on Marlena's hypnotherapy plan. He admits he is afraid of his past and continues to down strong coffee. Steph wonders whether something made him do what he did in the past. She had real feelings and will not turn her back on him but when it is all over if they were meant to be they will figure the whole mess out. He is grateful and tells her not to give up in him, then goes on his lonely way ... - Holly calls the halfway house and impersonates Teresa, asking for Tate ... Marlena runs into Everett by the park and asks about his memories. There have been no new ones. He stops her from leaving ... Nicole is at church lighting candles when Eric appears ... Outside the Salem Inn Steph runs into Jada, who is still upset about Bobby. Steph states they were both victims but Jada calls her the other woman who helped wreck her marriage. Steph is stunned by the label and suggests she should be angry with Everett. She is! Steph swears she would not have been with Everett had she been aware he was married. Jada accuses her of not wanting to know the truth ... Xander explains he suspected EJ initially and ran over to the mansion to confront him but only Stefan was there. He suspiciously wonders what Harris thinks and remembers ... Everett admits he fears hypnotherapy. Marlena suggests tis best to know and overcome the worries. Still he hesitates ... Anxious Holly apologizes to Tate. He wishes she would do something ... Eric grins he was just with Father Bernard discussing the baptism. Nicole has been coming to speak to God since losing the baby and having problems with Holly. Eric believes he was meant to see her here today. He has a confession to make ... Harris claims he cannot remember being shot and if he did he would not discuss it with the prime suspect. However, he will work to clear him. Xander sighs no justice no peace and downs his drink ... Steph snaps she too has struggled and gets upset at Jada, who blasts her for being on Everett's side and storms off ... - Marlena promises to help Everett and he agrees to the session after all. Until then ... Holly worried her mom would blame herself for her drugs and could not do that to her as she lost a baby recently. Tate understands and suggests she take care of her mom. She hears EJ and ends the call ... Eric breathes his confession is only for Nicole's ears. He overheard her helping Sloan calm down crying Jude and it moved him. He is grateful they are friends. She smiles her too. She teases that did not sound like a confession and he tells her her friendship means much. She feels the same way and they agree they will see each other tomorrow for the baptism. Then he leaves and she raises her eyes to the heavens, which are not done with them yet! STAY TUNED!
