The guys sit down and Chad praises his portfolio. They would love to have him starting with freelance and then some. He hands him the employee handbook and goes to order his paperwork. Kayla comes back. Chanel wants her loved ones to stay ... EJ calls Paulina and suggests a friendly meeting to clear the air. She blows him off cos she is busy. Kayla now announces Chanel is totally normal and PREGNANT ... Sloan is on the phone with Melinda gushing she got thru to Leo and thinks he might leave Salem with Dimitri forever ... Leo reads a letter from loverman Dimitri. Alas he is dumping him for someone he met in the slammer. Leo is completely crushed ... Nicole and Eric realize they have both just been hired. Eric alludes to the Lord working in mysterious ways. Chad comes back with their first assignment - together! - EJ is enraged the mayor hung up on him and declares war ... Chanel and Johnny are elated until they notice Kayla's long face. She explains Chanel is 4 or 5 weeks along and it is a high risk pregnancy because of the radiation. They will monitor the baby’s health closely. The medicine woman explains they will not know whether the baby is alright anywhere from a few weeks until after the birth.
