Kristen warns Stefan she is no puppet and she will not have Gabi back at DiMera after she is out of prison. Now they need a way to prove her innocence. Two murders in the same apartment is strange. Marlena gets her drink and Roman's full attention. She alludes to John's mysterious past coming back to bite. Roman promises to do the worrying about their son Eric so she can help John ... Eric and Nicole both need the job and decide they can and will work together. They remember the old days when they worked together at the Horton Center ... Leo will not hurt Jude or good guy Eric. Sloan offers not to say he blackmailed her so long as he keeps the secret that Jude is Nicole's baby. Rita suggests he is taking on too much with her usual panache. He realizes she had his best interest at heart as she did with Stefano and lets her know he is grateful ... Alas Ava and Harris have found nothing. Stefan arrives and demands an explanation ... Sloan suggests Leo thank her and he raises his head, feeling kicked. She warns he committed a crime with his extortion and blackmail. He counters she kidnapped. She suggests they both keep their mouths shut and wiggles away ... Kristen ends a call with new lover man Alex. EJ steps in having overheard and gets sarcastic about her life of leisure. She boasts she has something up her sleeve and vows to rise from the ashes like father ... - Stefan talks tough with Ava and Harris. They update him on Clyde's secret black book demand. Gil hid it and they know not where. Stefan has not seen it but also wants said book gone to save his reputation ... Sloan calls Melinda about Leo's heartbreak. At least he does not know that Jude is really Eric's. Here comes Eric with Jude and Nicole. They do not notice Sloan, who stares in horror at the happy little family. Hey Jude howls ... Ava looks around and realizes no one ever touches the reserve wine bottles. They never get dusty and they notice an empty one. Ava pulls out the little black book. Drums play ... Leo looks at his list of possible ways of making money. One is telling EJ DiMera the truth and so he staggers off to do just that ... Eric tends to crying Jude as Nicole smiles and Sloan glares ...
