At DiMera mansion Stefan threatens to send Chad to prison for beating him up ... Paul meets Lucas at the club with the news that as per Miguel’s fingerprint he is the side kick to a scandalous drug lord known as El Fideo. Lucas adds El Fideo must be an avid opera fan ... Opera singer/hostage Chloe reads Theresa’s sorry note and worriedly wonders ... Brady faces Theresa at the Kiriakis mansion. The girl in the red dress cries she is home. Meanwhile at the pretty park Xander spooks Eve who threatens to scream. He taunts her sister Theresa owes him big time ... Brady believes he is seeing a ghost. He stops her in her tracks and tells her off for abandoning them both to party. She wants to explain but he boots her out ... Eve refuses to listen cos Theresa broke Brady’s heart. Xander the not so subtle flirt gets closer and suggests a drink togetha to discuss the details. Eric comes running with Jen and jumps him. Jenny gasps is Eve alright ... Chad and Abigail angrily accuse Stefan of assaulting Abigail. Stefan insists his Gabby was real and he did not assault her. In addition no one can dare doubt that what thy shared was as real as real. He remains obsessed with the alter of his dreams ... Lucas is horrified that El Fideo must have snatched Chloe, Meanwhile El Fideo leers to Chloe that Theresa is gone for good ... Brady gets sarcastic with Theresa and her choices. He asks if she is high cos she would have to be to believe he would ever take her back! She states she is sober and hopes he will hear her out. He tells her how Tate tragically cried himself to sleep and even made her a Valentine’s card. She left them to get loaded. She screams it was only a story she made up to protect them from a psycho ... Eric threatens to haul Xander to the cops. They get as far as the square. Xander counters he is free as a bird and Brady owes him big time. Eric rages about what he did to Nicole and refuses to let him stay in Salem ... Back at DiMera mansion Chad states he would enjoy exposing Stefan on the witness stand for his crimes. However, his wife would not want another trial. Stefan cackles and questions that. Chad taunts him about his stone cold dead mother. Abigail stands between the two bickering brothers and announces this war stops now ... Back at the park, Eve gushes to Jen that she and Brady got back together. Jen admires the ring ... Back at the square Eric glares at Xander, who taunts him about Jen and then about Nicole steaming up his villa with him. Eric rages to shut up about Nicole. Xander smiles a wicked smile, sensing he hit a nerve ... Chloe asks whether Theresa got away. Mateo sneers she was not smart. When his associate caught her in his office with the key, he realized she had stolen it from Miguel. He knew she was two faced and trying to get proof to send to her papa in the ISA. Chloe weakly hopes she is okay. He boasts he killed her for her betrayal ... Theresa tells Brady the story of Mateo El Fideo. He is a mad murderer and she was trying to protect him and Tate. Brady scoffs she did not say anything to him about it. She weeps she was only acting when she pretended to want to party so he would let her go. He warns her her plan worked only too well. Brady now asks whether she was really held against her will. She weeps she had no choice. He asks if her captor let her leave. She admits she was searching for something to use against him for the ISA. He demands more details. She claims it is complicated and remembers leaving Chloe. Brady snaps only after she gives him all the details will he decide whether or not to believe her story ... Theresa admits Xander brought her back to Salem. Brady hates the sound of that and wonders why. She promised to help him get back into the family. Brady scoffs. She cries she loves him. He and Tate are her world and he has grown. He blasts her for going behind his back to see his son. She sobs he was happy to see her and urges him to be the same. She swears she speaks the truth. Brady wonders why she did not tell him so he could protect her. She cries no one could protect her not even ISA Shane or Victor. Brady thunders all this time they knew! Meanwhile Jen praises Eve’s engagement ring and Eve praises Jen for being happy with Eric. Both brothers suffered after Nicole. Jen adds Brady also suffered cos of Theresa. Eve still cannot comprehend why Theresa walked out. They now wonder why Chloe ran off from Lucas. Jen sighs her brother is struggling over it ... Lucas wants to go get the bad guy, guns blazing, and asks where he is. In a fortress. He demands Paul provide the address cos he wants to rescue the woman he loves ... Chloe cries about Theresa’s fate. Mateo muses he loved her before but has Chloe now. He knows she is smart enough not to betray him. He longs to make her happy. She laments not being able to see her son. He suggests she open her heart to him and suspects she is scared. Time for dinner ... Xander taunts Eric for Nicole the tramp hurting him again. Eric snaps to stop and notes she is not coming back to Salem. Xander alludes to wanting revenge ... Back at DiMera mansion Abigail lays down the law. She wants to move on so no new trial. They are done! Stefan the obsessed DiMera declares Gabby did love him and walks out of the grand living room ... Abigail now lectures Chad for not revealing that she had slept with Stefan after she snapped ... Paul the level headed P.I. reasons he and John will examine options rather than acting rashly. Lucas urges him to hurry so they can save Chloe from the madman. Meanwhile Chloe mutters she is not hungry. Mateo wants a walk in the garden and tries to make light of Theresa. He refers to their romance as a great love of the future, kisses her hand, and goes. Chloe reads Theresa’s note again and weeps ... Eric warns Xander that Brady will make Victor get rid of him again. Xander smugly states he is the least of Brady’s worries ... Brady sighs at Theresa’s story and how he was kept in the dark. She begs him to believe her! He wonders whether El Fideo will come after her. She insists she is finally free and wants them to be a family again. She cries to say he still loves her. He sighs stuff happened. She notes he is not with Eve now and he suspiciously asks who told her. She remembers it was Chloe but pauses ... Back at the mansion Chad urges his wife not to blame herself. She remembers when Gabby was in charge with Stefan and regrets the words she spoke. How can he forgive her? He loves her, knows she loves him too and blamed Stefan when he saw them in his bed. She gasps that was when he ... Chad coldly adds when he beat him. She regrets she bolted and fears he will never forget seeing her with Stefan. Chad concludes it will make them stronger and tenderly touches her face. He tells her he loves her and then he kisses her ... Eric returns to Jen at the park. She is horrified to hear that Victor sprung dangerous Xander from the slammer. Eric sighs at least Nicole and Holly are safe and away from Salem. Jen is sorry he lost them but he praises her for her sweetness and her realness. They kiss. She tells him of Brady’s proposal to Eve too ... Brady assumes it was Victor who told Theresa. She believes they belong together and gushes she loves him even more than before. Before he can tell her he is engaged to Eve she throws her arms around him and kisses him on the lips ... Abigail wonders whether Chad will miss the historic DiMera mansion. He informs her his home is with her and they kiss. Stefan walks in and Abigail tells him he deserves to be alone in this place of ghosts, unloved. Then she walks out with her husband ... As Lucas tells Chloe’s letter that help is on its way ... far away she writes him another letter, though she fears he will never get it. Every night and day she prays he will find her and save her from this hell ... Paul confronts Xander the dangerous criminal at the square, who sneers he is free as a bird thanks to Victor. Paul stares him down and warns him to leave town. Xander laughs he loves freaking out Salem and keeps walking ... Eric just wants brother Brady to be happy. Jen gushes he will have wedded boss with Eve ... Eve comes home in time to witness Brady returning Theresa’s kiss. Needless to say she is not amused ... STAY TUNED! |
