Dear Friends, On Wednesday I raced halfway across the country to be at my brother’s bedside as he was slipping away. By late afternoon the cancer took him away from us forever. Thursday my summaries will be back in in fine form. Meantime here is what you need to know about what happened on Wednesday. Rafe gives Stefan a tough time at DiMera mansion, seeking a statement on Vivian. Stefan repeats what he saw. Vivian is still presumed dead at this point ... Abigail and mama Jen have differing views on what she needs. Jen talks treatment at a facility but Abigail is prepared to face the music in prison. She also wants to make sure Gabi the unfairly accused is set free. Jen compares what Stefan did to her daughter to what Lawrence Alamain did to her all those years ago. She believes in karma. Abigail worries how what she did will affect her marriage with Chad ... Chad argues with D.A. Trask about what should happen to Abigail. He cuts a deal. Abigail can accept guilt for a less severe charge and receive psychiatric treatment instead. Trask taunts him but agrees. Moments later Stefan marches in to demand Kate be held accountable for killing mama Viv. The D.A. does not have any evidence to support his claim. Stefan fumes he will find a way to do something for Viv ... Leo is peeved that Kate cannot pay him exactly as promised, given that she was fired by Stefan. She goes to the old office to pick up her belongings. All of a sudden ... Sonny has stars in his eyes as he updates Adrienne on Leo at the Kiriakis mansion. He alludes to things being different if Will would remember their relationship. Will overhears how Leo reportedly resigned from Titan so he can be with Sonny. There is talk of a double date. Once alone with Adrienne, Will bears exciting news. He discovered Dr. Rolf’s secret formulas were written in invisible ink! He senses he is one step closer to getting his memory back ... Phantom Andre appears to Kate, who is still reeling from his betrayal. He reasons look what she did to Vivian and notes she is no innocent … Moments later Rafe calls her with the news that he does not expect the D.A. to charge her with murder. Kate, who continues to claim self-defense, now recalls that fateful moment when she got the gun from Viv and then shot her dead ... Sonny plans a romantic dinner and more with Leo as soon as he hands in his letter of resignation. When Leo runs into Will, who likes that he turned out to be legit, he alludes to a major exclusive ... Vivian wakes up for real in a dark room, stunned to see someone ... Sonny opens Leo’s registered letter from his lawyer and laments to Adrienne that he has been hit with a sexual harassment suit. .. |
