John drawls cos of what HE did to his daughter ... Tate and Holly are cutely texting as she gets bored of her homework and Sophia's texted complaints ... Nicole helps Eric calm the baby and their hands touch when they reach for his toy. Sloan steps up so Nicole excuses herself ... Leo does not deny being drunk but tells EJ he has the truth ... in Latin. EJ becomes impatient as Leo starts to ramble. The DiMera growls his intel better be bloody good ... Maggie reminds John he was following Victor's orders and believes he and Konstantin became friends. John is dubious but she wants to be nice while protecting the Kiriakis interests. Marlena primly agrees to support her. Here comes loud Konstantin who hopes both John and Marlena will come to the wedding ... Now home with Sloan, Eric assures her he knew not he would have to work with Nicole at the paper but she is jealous. He reminds her she was the one who walked out ... - EJ ushers drunken Leo outside. The crickets are chirping and Leo wants money for intel on Nicole. EJ wonders and Leo says his fave Beatles song is HEY JUDE. EJ grows impatient. Leo informs him he is a father and EJ deduces he means Jude is his. He gasps ... At the foreboding Kiriakis mansion Marlena agrees they will attend the wedding. Konstantin alludes to items of interest and stares at John, who stares right back ... Holly is having a hard time focusing on the lessons she missed. She had an energy drink but feels shaky. Nicole hugs her and is sympathetic ... Sloan is now upset that Eric was not sure she would return. He apologizes for not being forgiving and would like to be a better hubby. She tells him to believe her over Leo then and makes him feel like a heel... EJ deduces Leo is lying. Leo reminds him Nicole was so sure that Jude was hers. Fact is their son did not die. He wanted to tell them before Christmas but he got beat up instead. EJ grabs him and threatens a black eye. Leo swears his lost late son is really alive ... EJ's eyes flicker ... Marlena must tend to a patient and Maggie has a meeting with Teresa. Konstantin insists John stay so they can have a nightcap. John sighs and agrees. He will see doc at home. Once they are alone, Konstantin brings up the prenup plan he wants him to enact. The silver fox gives him a strange look ... - Leo swears he switched no babies. EJ unhands him and notes he did not tell him all this time, not to mention he did nothing. Leo boasts he blackmailed Sloan who now has no mo money. EJ accuses him of attempted extortion. Leo denies it and waits for his payout. EJ gives him nothing and sweeps back inside ... Eric knows something was strange with Sloan paying for Leo's hotel room ... She fakes a bad headache. He blasts her for being evasive and then wonders whether she was being blackmailed by Leo ... Nicole has summoned Marlena to the mansion to help stressed out Holly who is drowning in old homework. The blonde tells her to take a deep breath and occasional outdoor or musical breaks. Tonight she should head to bed early and return to her studies when better rested. Holly gets calmer and agrees with her sending her teachers a note reminding them of her ordeal. Holly and Nicole are both grateful. Holly heads upstairs. Nicole now admits she could also use her assistance ... Sloan sniffles and states Leo was indeed blackmailing her. Eric wonders what he had. Some bad things from her past. She is too embarrassed to say what and sighs she gave him money to stop the story. Eric buys it hook line and sinker and wants to confront the cad. He could kill him and storms out. Sloan tries to call Leo to warn him Eric is on the warpath ... Nicole admits to Marlena she blames herself for all Holly's problems as she was not around enough. Marlena argues one cannot protect kids from the tough times but one can love them and be there. Nicole tearily agrees ... - John wonders what Konstantin means about him getting to work - until the Greek whips out the red card and gets him under mind control. Then he orders his pawn to break into Maggie's safe in the study and steal her prenup ... Leo staggers back to his room still drunk. He ignores Sloan's text and falls down on the bed. Eric comes pounding on his door and he hopes tis EJ. Eric confronts him for blackmailing Sloan. Leo is too drunk to think straight or stand straight ... Sloan has just gotten Jude to sleep in her arms when hurricane EJ storms in and blasts the lying beech for stealing his son. He vows to order her arrest on charges of abduction ... Leo babbles and Eric wonders how much he drank. Leo seems ready to hurl so he hands him a waste basket. Leo breaks down about losing Dimitri. Eric is sympathetic since he knows what it feels like to lose the love of one's life ... - Back at DiMera mansion Marlena wonders how EJ reacted to Nicole working with Eric. She did not tell him yet since Sloan already overreacted to seeing them together. Nicole knows Marlena knows she still has feelings and still remembers telling her she would have left EJ to be with Eric if the baby she lost had been Eric's. Marlena probes ... John starts to crack the safe. Konstantin hears Maggie and runs into the hall to stop her. She needs a chip of sobriety for someone. Konstantin offers to get it from the study but independent Maggie wants to get it herself. He gasps she cannot and she gets annoyed. He releases her arm and lies he wanted to clean up a tea stain he made on the carpet. She goes into the study but John is long gone. The redhead gets the sobriety chip and flounces off. Konstantin calls out to John, who emerges and gives him the prenup folder, his face a stony mask ... Marlena urges Nicole to be honest with herself. Nicole admits she still has feelings. Marlena uses the L word. Nicole is tired. Marlena smiles and sees herself out. Nicole now finishes her sentence whispering ALWAYS. She will always love Eric!!!!!!!! - Leo decides to unburden his soul to Eric of former holy father fame. He is sorry he blackmailed Sloan. Eric can see he is sad and contrite. He feels for him. Leo decides to unburden his biggest sin but Eric tries to stop him since he is no longer a priest. Leo suddenly falls into a deep sleep ... EJ sneers at Sloan that Leo told him Jude was his and Nicole's baby. Sloan states tis only half right and he leers again ... Alas Eric cannot wake up Leo and is left wondering what he meant about Jude ... Sloan primly informs EJ that Jude is indeed Nicole's biological child but not his!
