EJ seethes Leo Stark and Dimitri are to blame and Leo is still in Salem ... Leo lets Harris know he knows his rights at the station. He cannot be held over 72 hours without charges. Eric assumes Sloan was just saying how happy she was to be a new mom. She plays along and Melinda reassures her. After the call she tells Eric the big news. Melinda is bringing the baby over now. Eric and Sloan are both over the moon. She cannot wait to have a family with him even if she is not bio mom. They kiss in bliss and he insists the baby is theirs. If only he knew ... - Nicole cries she understands if EJ cannot look at their late baby but she longs to hold him one last time ... Pierce warns Melinda the real parents want to see the baby and exclaims what now. She gets another unethical illegal idea ... Stefan complains about Clyde's order to ship illegal drugs into Salem vis Dimers Enterprises and move them through the bistro. Neither feel they have a choice. Sloan gets a call, lies it is work and he heads upstairs to finish putting the baby swing together ... Leo gasps to Sloan he is being charged with murder and implores her to come down to the station to help. She agrees and hangs up. Eric comes back down when someone knocks on the door. Tis Melinda with their Thanksgiving bundle of joy ... Nicole is still waiting to see her late baby. EJ adds Holly will be happy when she comes home. She gets upset she snapped at her sweet daughter. Here comes the dastardly doctor, who now claims the baby was accidentally cremated ... - Stefan claims he came by to see Wendy and Tripp to assure them his wife Gabi is not guilty of what happened to Li. He suggests Harris should catch her real killer cos brother EJ the dastardly D.A. is dead wrong. He leaves and Ava thanks heroic Harris for appealing to Rafe on her behalf. He wonders whether she has seen his keys anywhere ... Leo remembers Dimitri reluctantly agreeing to meet him behind the hospital and wishes he could explain what happened to the sweet baby ... EJ stops Nicole from attacking the doctor, who is sorry to say their son's body was mislabeled. EJ is enraged. The doctor coldly claims it was done without him knowing and they order him out. Nicole's heart starts to break all over again ... Eric lets Sloan hold the baby first. He wails. Eric emotionally thanks Melinda and she exits. Eric asks to hold him and when he does the crying stops. He tells his boy he loves him with his whole heart, unaware he is the real biological papa ... - Ava lies she did not see the missing keys but she is thankful for Harris and gives him a kiss ... The doctor returns to Melinda, who is now packed and demands more money to keep his mouth shut to the new livid D.A, who vowed action. Meanwhile Nicole weeps to EJ all she wanted was to see her baby smile and hear him cry but it is not possible. She sobs and wants to head home ... Eric calls his son perfect and admires the big blue eyes. He hands him back to Sloan and the lad starts to wail in protest once more. Eric wants to take him for a walk in the stroller. Sloan wants to wait for deliveries. He thanks her for bringing this miracle baby to their lives and places him in the new stroller ... Stefan returns to Ava's apartment and hands her back the key he copied. She hears he is on D.A. EJ's bad side so there is no possibility of getting his help in stopping Clyde's blackmail ... Nicole and EJ are outside the pub as he wants to get her the sliders she loves. She waits outside while he heads in to pick them up. Tis a bright sunny day despite her sorrow. She cries she misses her baby boy and Eric comes around the corner with the baby boy that neither knows is really theirs ... - Melinda hands over more money to Dr. Pierce, who warns the scheme better not backfire. She never wants to see him again and makes a call ... Harris returns to Leo, who is upset about the little lad he helped deliver. Harris wants to know if his lawyer is coming. Not now ... Sloan stammers to the stuffed bear it was almost like the baby knew! She gets a reassuring text from Melinda. Knock knock. Tis livid DIMITRI ...
