Inside EJ demands lunching Rafe track the bastard who ran Nicole off the road ... Sloan assures accusing Dimitri that she is indeed helping Leo. He is livid Leo is facing charges that she should be paying for ... Leo insists he saved the baby but Harris gets sarcastic and steps out. Jada heard about Gil attacking Ava and is sympathetic. Harris is worried about EJ, but gets more worried when he wonders where his keys went ... Stefan has made a copy of the keys but Ava does not want to steal the evidence. Neither does Stefan so he suggests they toss a coin ... Jada suggests Harris find those keys and gets an update on Stark. She goes to try and get him to agree to a deal ... Turkey fan Rafe assures livid EJ he has the cops looking for Dimitri, who is probably hiding in a tropical tax haven, given his family ties. EJ leers he will throw the book at both him and Leo. Rafe wonders what he intends to do about Ava Vitali ... Ava and Stefan have finished the coin toss ... Sloan plays innocent so Dimitri reminds her she promised she would take the baby he brought to the hospital and now it is dead! Sloan states the infant was taken to hospital but the crash took its toll. Dimitri sarcastically brings up all the baby stuff now in Sloan's place ... - The baby smiles at Nicole and gurgles. She suddenly gasps to Eric this is HER baby ... Ava greets Harris at the station with something ... Rafe updates EJ on the fiber evidence proving that Gil was attacking Ava, who acted in self-defense. D.A. EJ decides not to press charges, gets going to Nicole and advises Rafe to do something about the bastard who offed his infant son ... Leo cattily greets Detective Hunter, who sits across from him. He wonders about his turkey meal. She tells him his goose is cooked cos he is facing charges for the death of Nicole and EJ's baby. However, if he gives his boyfriend up, they can cut a deal ... Sloan innocently states she and Eric adopted a healthy baby boy. Dimitri is no fool and concludes she decided to keep the baby he brought her ... Eric wonders. Nicole marvels she is holding her baby. Eric feels for her pain but quietly disagrees. Nicole, however, remembers how he looked and felt in her arms. This is HIM, her son. Eric gives her sympathetic stare ... - Ava has brought linguini for hungry Harris, who thanks her. He complains about losing his keys. Meanwhile Stefan sneaks into the evidence room ... Leo refuses to give up the love of his life. Jada suggests he summon Dimitri but Leo loves him. Jada admits they really just want the big fish, which means Dimitri, whom they suspect of being the mastermind. She dangles Leo's liberty ... Sloan makes light of the coincidence but Dimitri is no fool. He is livid Leo has been charged in the murder of a very living baby. He starts to call the cops so Sloan stops him ... EJ emerges and hears from Eric that Nicole now believes his newly adopted son to be the baby they lost. EJ tenderly tells her tis not their baby but she knows her son's face! He wishes she were right but this baby is Sloan and Eric's newly adopted boy, whom they ought to return to his fatha. Nicole hyperventilates ... - Harris gets a call from Rafe that EJ will not be charging Ava in Gil's death. Ava hears the news, hugs him and flounces off ... Nicole woefully hands back the bundle of joy to Eric and tragically apologizes for her mind playing tricks. Eric assures her tis alright. EJ kisses her unhappy head and escorts her home. Rafe emerges and wonders what happened. Eric sighs sad Nicole thought this was her baby ... Sloan stops Dimitri from making the call. He demands she admit she took Nicole's baby. She admits she did but did not plan to ... Dimitri blasts her. She updates him on her and Eric's cruelly cancelled adoption cos the bio mom considered her unfit. Then Dimitri brought her that beautiful baby. Dimitri is appalled Leo got arrested cos of her! He orders her to have the charges against his beloved dropped or he will expose her ... Leo refuses to betray Dimitri, whom he loves dearly. Jada has been there but suggests such a sociopath is not capable of love. In addition the D.A. wants someone's blood. She gets summoned away and Leo ponders ... As Stefan hastily hides Jada enters the evidence room on a call ... - Rafe congrats Eric on his happy news but they are both still sad for Nicole, who lost her son. Eric heard he was accidentally cremated so the parents could not say a proper goodbye ... Back at the mansion Nicole wonders how she could have been so sure she was holding her baby. EJ suggest t'was the combo of grief and trauma. Nicole gasps that baby looked like hers and she felt the same way the first time she held him. EJ notes she did not hold him long. She cries on his shoulder ... Sloan agrees to help Leo but wants Dimitri gone. He wants a handshake and some cash. He warns if Leo is not out soon she will make the news. Then he blows a sarcastic kiss and breezes away ... Jada finds the evidence she is asked for and leaves the evidence room. Stefan breathes a sigh of relief ... Leo sadly stares at the phone. Jada returns and asks what he decided. He refuses to betray the man he loves ... Dimitri vows to help his beloved Leo out of the mess ... Stefan and Ava rendezvous outside the pub. He got the evidence which they now need to offload. Ava assures him Harris will get his keys back but hated lying ... Rafe brings bewildered Harris his keys, which were found at the sergeant's desk ... Eric brings the baby home to Sloan and admits he saw Nicole, who was released from the hospital. She said this was her baby ... EJ kisses Nicole and heads off to make her a tea ... Sloan calls Nicole's claim nonsense. Eric assumed it was the tragic grief talking ...
