Kate is furious to find Vivian in her son's room. Viv calls him HER son ... Philip gets sarcastic about Xander saying he would kill him and reminds him he was becoming a real Kiriakis man while Victor was learning gardening! He opens the safe behind the portrait, takes out the hidden gun and dares him to kill him right here right now! - Kristen hastily hangs up on Rolf and sweetly greets Brady, who brought his late Halloween gift for their daughter. He overheard her on the call with Rolf and wonders whether her motives are pure and she really will let Sara have the serum ... Holly regrets being mean and mad at the guy she cares for and woefully apologizes ... Rachel comes running to papa Brady and loves the treats. She invites him to stay for lunch with her and mommy that she made. Brady is all in ... Xander leers about his killer instinct and warns Phil that if he tries to prevent his money transfer for Kristen so Sara can walk, then that will be the death of him ... Viv is stunned when Kate decides to call the cops on her to put an end to whatever she has up her sinister sleeve ... Sophia assumes Holly is in Paris where she may even remain. Ava wonders what if and warns her to protect her heart ... Tate is touched. He asks Holly about Paris. She is good again with Nicole and Eric and got the whole story. She really regrets her attempted actions against his dad Brady and apologizes for that. Alas she hopes tis not too late ... - Brady and Kristen agree they are on the same team as Rachel brings in the Halloween sandwiches and treats she made. She wants to go for a ride with daddy in his new car and he agrees and hugs her. She would like mommy to accompany them ... Vivian stops Kate and offers to give her a share of the Titan money for her new soap. Kate eyes her like a cat. There is no love lost ... Confident Phil calmly warns Xander he would wind up in the slammer if he killed him. Besides Rolf cannot be trusted. He taunts the Scot he is no Kiriakis and dares him to pull the trigger, thus losing his happy little family forever ... Xander curses when he pulls the trigger cos there is no bullet! Philip stands his ground about his lawsuit. Xander leers if his motha does not have a change of heart then he is a dead man walking ... Viv boasts to dubious Kate of Victor's letter and Kate accuses her of forgery ... Holly hopes to have fun with both her folks and hopes daddy will be in their happy family ... - Tate stammers that he and Sophia ... but hopeful Holly stops him. She implores him to consider a reboot to the relationship they used to have .... Sophia suspects mean Holly could come running back to Tate but he swore to her he and Holly were done forever. They also never slept together which means she is the girl who is closest to Tate now ... Tate tensely admits he missed Holly and agrees to think about what she told him. She goes on her groveling grateful way. Tate shuts his eyes in teen torment ... Rachel's parents remind her they love her but want to avoid any future fights. Brady's hug makes her feel better and he agrees to take her for a ride in his new car soon. Then he brings up Sara to Kristen, who promises she will be well ... Xander taunts Phil that he already told Kate she could find him at the Salem Inn. Philip freaks out, screams this is far from over and storms off ... - Back at the Salem Inn, Madam Viv warns Kate that implicating her would also lead to implicating Philip. She taunts to join them on the dark side so Kate accepts her outstretched hand. There is nothing Kate would not do to save her son ... Xander realizes Victa would not want him to off Philip but if Kate does not make him back off then he will do what he must ... Frantic Phil returns to Viv, who assures the panicking prodigal son she confessed to Kate that only she committed forgery. His mother knows not he did too ... Kate considers calling Jada to help save Philip ... but not yet ... Kristen assures curious Rachel she did love living with Brady and the little girl begs her to make it that way again ... Brady comes home bearing Halloween cookies. Tate blurts out Holly came over and wants to get back together but something big happened before that ... Sophia thanks Ava for her advice.
