EJ smoothly explains to Gabi all the fraud Ava committed with her assistance. That means criminal activity and there is public record thanks to the DiMera records and meetings. The Gabi plays it cool. He smirks Ava sold her out and said the fake marriage license was her idea. The perfumed power gets sarcastic and suggests she call police commiss brother Rafe. EJ patiently points out Jake's shares default to Vivian, who cannot keep said shares in the slammer but has the power of the proxy. The change of ownership of the shares is imminent. He warns Gabi she lost to his checkmate and sneers Stefan will be the deciding enemy. Then he smugly leaves ... - Li insists he and Gabi are good but Wendy overheard him losing it. He acts like he is not bothered and leaves when Gabi summons him. Wendy wonders what has him so bugged about one Stefan DIMera and gets on his laptop ... Stefan does not buy Johnny's theory that EJ paid Rolf to brainwash him about Gabi and argues EJ only heard he was alive when Gabi informed him. He snaps he would know if he had ever loved Gabi anyway ... The gals tease post shower Alex about being uneasy about their one night. They suspect he has developed feelings. He denies it and admits he dreamt of Chad ... Chad signs the NDA. Paulina apologizes for being so tough but Chad is a supporter. Steph asks what happened. Paulina admits the possible disaster is swirling around daughter Chanel. As per Sloan Peterson - who has a bad reputation as far as Chad is concerned - her client has dirt on Chanel. He then opens the DiMera door to Wendy Shin in a ponytail ... Victorious EJ taunts he has Viv's power of attorney and her shares shall be granted to Stefan. He cackles and walks out.
