She suggests he go easy on his son. Brady admits he is stressed about Rachel but believes things will turn in his favor soon. He alludes to a plan ... At DiMera mansion Kristen is clad in a pretty dress and tells Gabi she is meeting EJ at the bistro. She rubs in their improved relationship ... In the living room Stefan is conning Rachel with 20 questions and acts like her new bff with Taylor Swift tickets if she meets a mini condition ... Ava and Gill are interrupted by suspicious Harris and Jada. She forces a smile and introduces the new bistro owner who is her boss ... Leo is having a hard time with the sheet. Fellow ghost Dimitri senses his stress and reminds his darling he is not the fugitive. He tells him tis not too late to pull out of their romantic running away together plan ... Marlena is surprised Brady did not ask Gabi and Stefan how they would help him get Rachel back. Brady would rather not know. Marlena wonders what Gabi would gain. Brady cares not about her or her husband. All the desperate dad wants is his little girl ... - Rachel does not believe Stefan, who updates her on the costume contest he knows she could win and thus get two front row tickets. Rachel complains her mother made her change her pirate wench costume. Stefan grins they have got a pro designer in the house ... Kristen gushes about getting close to EJ and wonders where Rachel is. Gabi lies she went to carve a pumpkin with Harold. Kristen leaves for her lunch ... Harris is surprised Ava applied to the Bistro. Gill learns he and Jada are cops and acts happy to meet them before whisking Ava to the kitchen. Harris's steel blue eyes are intense ... Dimitri sighs Leo did not sign up for a deal with a poor man. Leo assures his honey the money never mattered and they kiss in soap bliss ... Back at the tense square Jada is surprised Ava snagged the top chef Bistro job. Harris had a strange feeling about Gill and admits he may have been overprotective. Two ghosts step back as the cops walk away ... - At their bistro table Gill claims he has issues with Ava hanging out with Harris. Ava warns if she pulled away it would look suspicious and sarcastically suggests he find someone else to run his operation ... Red jacket Marlena is worried Gabi and Stefan have an illegal plan but Brady cares not about their agenda if he gets his daughter back ... As Rachel tries on outfits Gabi warns Stefan that EJ and Kristen are meeting for lunch. They know the shares will come up and therefore speed up their plan. Stefan lets the girls plan Rachel's costume together. She admires Gabi's big bag of makeup ... Leo and Dimitri get giddy when they get into the room and he gets his money. Dimitri wonders what Harris and Jada were up to ... Harris is ready to check out Leo's room but Jada has a feeling the guys will be gone, which means they must move on to the next case ... Stefan pays Brady a visit seeking his confirmation he is in with the plan. Brady is and wonders about his and Gabi's angle. Stefan states it is family related. Brady accepts that and they agree their bad blood days are over. Now onto the plan. Part 1. Rachel is en route to the bistro. Part 2. Brady intercepts her ... - Gabi has given Rachel a fake black eye as part of her blackeyed peas costume ... Brady looks forward to picking a fake fight with Kristen. At that very moment Kristen leaves the mansion and remembers how Brady tragically begged for access to his daughter and she suggested his visits would need supervision. She runs into Marlena, who would like to give Rachel her cookie bag. Kristen blows her off but Marlena misses her granddaughter. Kristen hisses she does not miss Marlena and coldly bids her goodbye ... Gabi reads something she pretends is from the contest and claims only parents can help their kids with their costume for the contest. Rachel agrees to pretend mommy helped her ... Dimitri has his wallet while Leo has his estranged honey's debit card in case of emergency. Leo needs to use the loo. Dimitri gets his sheet back on and waits at the door. He urges him to hurry ... Gill talks tough to Ava about Clyde only letting his flunkies out of their arrangements in a body bag. Ava gets it but warns she will not be able to do much about Harris except say she would rather not eat where she works. Gill gets an idea about using her cop connection to benefit their biz ... Jada and Harris arrive at the black door and she notes the crime scene tape was tampered with. Guns drawn, the duo get ready to go in. No one is there but a fallen pitcher is on the floor. Harris suspects the two ghosts they passed in the lobby and they take off after them. Meantime the ghost twins are at the square. Leo insists he needs food and hair dye remover before they leave town ... - Brady approaches Kisten before her bistro lunch and thanks her for letting Tate spend time with Rachel. She refuses to let Brady see her. Brady now brings up her getting Holly as her tutor and suggests she is putting too much pressure on Rachel ... Gabi promises she will get Rachel her pea for the black eyed pea look later and snaps pictures of Rachel with what appears to be a black eye ... A couple of ghosts are lurking around the town square ... Harris and Jada race past Brady and Kristen ... Gill wants Ava to stay updated by Harris on the Salem PD. She warns him to watch it for he is a trained assassin. He warns her Clyde's beady eyes and ears are everywhere ... Jada and Harris catch up with their targets to arrest them but they have got the wrong ghosts! Meantime Leo and Dimitri return to their motel room. Leo plans a memoir and praises his love Dimitri for reviving him. They smooch like there is no tomorrow ... Brady reminds Kristen how many years he was Rachel's single parent. He suggests she is punishing her with too much homework. Kristen raises her voice and snaps she will discipline her daughter how she wants! She does not notice Stefan nearby recording.
