She reminds him about the baby and wishes he would stop going into full DiMera mode. She must put baby first and wonders about him as a father ... Stefan assures Gabi he will be her hero. As he only had his cell phone, which was destroyed, there were no contact details. He was put into a coma to save his life, woke up and had no memory. It took him all this tough time to get here. He proves his endless love with a sudden kiss. Steph stops him and curses. He apologizes and states she saved him. She updates him on living with someone new. He heard when he rang the doorbell and admits he followed her to the pub. He saw them argue and wonders if they are married or engaged. Neither says she ... - Kate gives Chad a pep talk and tells him Steph would not see him as the guy who ghosted her in Seattle. He admits he is at a crossroads ... EJ recalls how family was everything to Stefano as it is to him. Nicole brings up his most recent hit order. He promises to stay on the straight and narrow and suggests they fly to Italy to wed. Nicole wants no Halloween wedding. He smiles she will still marry him and gives her a kiss and another and another ... Back at the square, Gabi suggests she seduce Li. Stefan warns then Li might try to off him again. Gabi now gets an even better idea ... Li realizes he has confessed to a felony and reminds Marlena what he tells her here is confidential. Obsessed Li stammers he wants to move on and get over Gabi. He implores the emotional healer to help ... - Gabi wants to get the goods on Li cos he tried to off Stefan. Stefan notes there is no proof but Gabi gets an idea ... Kate offers to help. Chad thanks her for lending an ear. She insists the kids stay upstairs at the pub for the night. He offers to give Steph time, announces he loves her and always will and leaves before her boyfriend comes back ... Kissy EJ and Nicole agree to wed the day after Halloween ... Marlena will begin formal sessions with Li tomorrow and tells him together they will work to help him close the old chapter. He is anxious to start a new one without Gabi ... Gabi gushes she and Stefan will strategize to get the goods on Li after they get home ... but she bumps into bearded Everett, who apologizes. He thinks she looks familiar, then leaves. Gabi assures suspicious Stefan she never saw that guy before ... Chad gets home to Steph, still clad in part of his costume. He suggests they talk. She disagrees and so he heads to bed.
