| Thursday, August 11, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! PROMISES - Part 2 - Lexie points out to Stefano that all his children are either miserable or dead. She cries and begs him to change his tactics. The phoenix slowly shakes his head. He only wishes to protect his children. Lexie laments if he does not stop, he will lose them all. Kate explains to Abigail that there are "unfortunate" things being said about Stefano. Chad should not take his father for granted. Abigail begs to differ. The further he gets away from this house, the better. Maybe he has already figured that out! Exit Abigail. Kate returns to Stefano and Lexie departs, as he seems fine. Kate is sorry his daughter lectured him on morality. The phoenix sighs she is right, though it is too late for him to change. Kate assures him she loves him just the way he is. They embrace. Kate points out Lexie is just upset. It is not a perfect world. The phoenix agrees it is certainly not a perfect world. He suddenly declares that is why he must finish what he started, no matter what it takes ...! - At the hospital, Justin and Bo try to rein in Victor's wrath. The mighty Greek tycoon agrees to wait until Maggie is better. However, he will be wanting results! Bo warns if he lets the D.A. know there is a war, he will snoop around and Brady will pay the price! Is that what he wants? Vic now updates Bo on everything that happened. Bo remarks the DiMeras screwed up. He sensed Stefano was nervous, so if Victor does not make waves, the DiMeras will not go after Brady. Victor wonders what Bo wants him to do. To say nothing and lie low. If he starts something, then there is nothing he can do. Roman has officially removed him and Hope from the case. That is why he must not retaliate. Justin adds the family just might survive the ordeal. Victor gives Bo his word ... - Elsewhere in the hospital, Sonny has a request for Hope. From the D.A. Adrienne excuses herself. Sonny elaborates. D.A. Woods wants her case notes on EJ's beating. Tonight. Hope retorts he should ask her himself. Sonny agrees to let her tell him that and walks away. Hope realizes the game is now on for her and Bo! - Back at the pub, Taylor emotionally admits to EJ that she knows in her heart he did not mean for anything to happen to her mother. She clearly still loves him. Chad listens from a nearby table. EJ notes that Taylor's mother must be turning in her grave. He blows her off and walks out drinking. Chad follows him and calls him crazy cos that girl could be his last chance! EJ suggests he mind his own business and get away from the family. He saunters off. Abigail now approaches Chad. He thinks she should stay away from him, but she refuses, as she cares about him. Chad insists … - At the house of Kiriakis, Brady suggests supportive Nicole leave town, as he does not want anything to happen to her. She needs time to think about it. He gives her a kiss and she departs. Moments later. Brady gets a mysterious call from Dmitri, as everything is in place. He muses if the DiMeras make one move, they will be ready ..! - At the pub, Tay runs into Lexie and tells her that EJ tried to convince her he was a monster so she would stay away. Lexie agrees she should stay away, as things are about to spiral out of control for the family ... - Down at the breezy pier, Nicole is elated Brady said he needs her. She will finally get what she deserves. EJ grabs her from behind, covers her mouth with a large hand, and drawls sweetheart will indeed get what she deserves ...! Next on Days of Our Lives "You're about the only person who can stop this, for good," EJ informs a surprised Nicole. EJ I offered Brady a truce. CHAD And? BRADY (on phone) You really want a truce?
