Nick insists he is not applying for parole. Maggie points out it is a serious decision. The prison therapists do not know him as well as Marlena does. She implores him to discuss this matter with her. He agrees and the three hold hands. Maggie, Nick, and Julie. - Dan has read the parole board letter. Mel realizes Chad contacted him. She is miffed he is making her feel weak and exclaims it will not be good for their relationship! - John drawls Macalister got his comeuppance so Kate can now leave his boy Brady alone. She gets choked up about how she could have stayed with Stefano if not for Ian. John sits down and places a reassuring hand on hers. - Nicole walks through the town square, her hand on her baby bump. She is alone. She watches a happy couple and their child and imagines herself and her little boy with daddy Dan, who carries him around in swimming trunks. The lad scampers off. Daydream Nicole wishes he did not have to think Rafe was his daddy. Daydream Dan gushes he is happy and has no regrets. She smiles she got him to come around and he is glad she went for it. Her too and they start to kiss passionately. She blinks back to reality, reminding herself that Dan the man is the one! - Kate pulls her hand away. Why is John being kind towards her now? He admits she did tell his son that Madison’s dying words were that she loved him. He thanks her, for his son takes comfort in that. He stands up and murmurs for reasons he cannot comprehend, she loves Stefano. He has some unsolicited advice. If the phoenix does not wish to be found he shall not be found . He suggests she accept it. Kate wistfully concedes he is right. - Will airily points out both he and Gab were upset last night. Gabi wonders whether he wanted to convince himself he was not gay. Will first says NO, then admits MAYBE. He confesses he felt disgusted with himself and forgot all he was taught about respecting women. He is sorry and hopes she can forgive him. She assures him she does not hate him and they both have their regrets. Will appears relieved. - Sympathetic Marlena has joined Nick at the prison. He is grateful she came and explains Maggie seems to really want to know whether she believes he has changed. But he has not! - Mel laments to Dan that if she did what they wanted and stopped Nick from getting paroled, what would happen to her relationship with Abigail or Maggie? Dan insists they would understand. Mel remarks Jen and Abigail are returning soon, as per Abigail She suddenly wants to know why Dan has not reached out to the fair Jen ... - Nicole sits and assures herself she will make Daniel realize they belong together. Nearby, EJ leaves a voice mail for Samantha that he has been let out and hopes she will call him back. He is soon carrying a bouquet of flowers and runs into Nicole. She notices the nice flowers. He looks at her growing tummy and pleasantly notes they are not all that is blooming. Nicole blinks uncertainly ... END |
