| Thursday, August 4, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! REVENGE - Part 2 - Tay is flabbergasted that Nicole has urged her to marry EJ. Nicole points out that would divert his attention from Brady. Tay explains she has still not gotten over their mother's death because of him. Nicole presses her to just do it ... - Hope enters the hospital room and introduces herself to glum Charity. She notes her statement indicated she did not see her attacker. Charity elaborates. It was from behind and he grabbed her, then she felt a hot pain in her stomach and lost consciousness. Hope asks if she is sure it was a man. No, but it was an enemy. She knows not who called 911 and wonders why they did, given her profession. Hope assures her she does count and she will find the person who did this to her! Charity laments there are more where she came from ... - Rafe thinks Roman does not feel he is ready for active duty and fears he will do something against the DiMeras. He will not do that and wants a real case. Roman coolly suggests he get those files done. - At the Cheatin Heart, Sonny smiles he has made the decision to remain in Salem for the summer! He hopes to sublet an apartment and had an interview today. Justin asks what kind of job it was. Sonny would rather wait until he gets their response. As his proud parents wonder inside, Sonny goes outside and gets a call regarding the job. - Brady saunters into the pub. Nicole berates him for not communicating. He is sorry. She repeats she never meant to hurt him before. She starts to tell him of Tay's crazy idea, testing EJ by giving him the gun. Brady explains EJ gave it back and stated he wished to even the playing field for the next time. Victor has a mysterious plan. Brady wants Nicole to stay out of harm's way buts she wants to help. She cannot lose him! - On the phone with Stefano, Victor reasons that a war between their families will accomplish nothing. As the heads of their clans, they must meet face to face and practice diplomacy. To protect their families. Do they have an agreement? Stefano gets as angry as Satan, then pretends to agree they must put things to rest. When and where shall they meet? Tonight ... - Down at the pier, EJ comes across Taylor and informs her he returned Brady's gun to him. He has also come to a decision. - Bo and Hope return and update Roman that there are no leads. Roman wonders if the girl is trying to protect someone. Negative. Hope is also bothered that she thought they would not care due to her profession. They can talk to more girls. Roman retorts he does not presently have the manpower and cannot spare them for the case. There are other cases that require their attention. Hope assumes he is only doing that as the victim is a prostitute. Roman refuses to budge. - At Horton house, Maggie speaks to Mickey’s picture. She knows he wants her to be happy and places Victor's cufflinks in her purse with a smile. - At the pub, Brady is downing his third scotch. Nicole apologizes for hurting him. He is sorry he did not call her. She wants what is best for him, but he wants her to keep her distance as he is persona non grata these days. Exit Brady. Nicole looks ready to cry. - Taylor and EJ sit together on a bench and she is elated to hear that he has decided not to go after Brady and cause an all out war. He wants the kids to be safe. He thinks they will be safer with Samantha. Tay praises him for doing the right thing and smiles she is proud of him. He muses it is too little too late. He wonders what she and Nicole were discussing earlier. She replies it is not important. He reminds her she was the one who told him she spoke to Nicole. Tay admits Nicole was worried he would go after Brady, but she believed he would do the right thing. She is proud of him and tenderly touches his face. EJ stands up. She really deserves a better man than him. He bears responsibility for her mother's death and cannot forgive himself. He kisses her on the forehead, sadly tells her goodbye, and walks away. Tay is devastated. - Hope returns to the hospital to sit with Charity, but she is sedated. Bo approaches and declares he is working this case with her! Hope just loves him and says so. They suspect that Commissioner Roman will not fire them if they solve the case! They will talk to the other girls. Enter Rafe. "Hey guys. What's up?" Turns out he followed them both and wants to help them solve the case, off the record … - Adrienne and Justin are thrilled to hear that Sonny landed the job, until they learn he will be an assistant at the D.A,'s office. Justin thinks he is out of his mind, However, his exasperation turns to respect when he hears that Sonny plans to keep an eye on the D.A, for the Kiriakis clan, hence the infiltration...! - Victor summons Nico on the phone ... But when Maggie excitedly shows up for their dinner, he casually tells her that he has to cancel. - Sitting alone on a bench, Tay cries and flashes back to her romance with EJ. Someone places a reassuring hand on her shoulder. Tis Brady. She smiles up at him ... - EJ spies Nicole outside the pub and drawls there will be no retaliation against Brady. He adds she does not know him as well as she thought. He promises Nikki it is over ... - At DiMera mansion, Stefano is playing chess when Marco saunters in. The phoenix growls he has a meeting with Victor Kiriakis. He knows Brady Black tried to kill his son and someone will have to pay! Next on Days of Our Lives "You cannot and you will not just blow me off!" Maggie snaps at Victor. "This vendetta is done with!" Tay exclaims to Brady. As Chad listens and watches through the slightly ajar door, Stefano growls "They're going to find out what it means to cross a DiMera!" |
