| Wednesday, July 20, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS - Part 2 - At the hospital, Carly smugly hands Gus a list of unpleasant tests they can run. He gets nervous at the prospect of a needle, but Carly will not let him leave. She notices her purse is open. Gus plays innocent. Carly calls him scum. She leers at him to shove Viv off a cliff and get a life. Gus defends his Madame as a woman of principle. Carly insults him and takes her leave. - At the Sapphire Club, Dan points out it would be a shame for the flowers and champagne to go to waste. Jen agrees. Dan admires the champagne and pours them each a glass. Jen smiles and accepts. They toast and drink up, gazing into each others’ eyes. Dan wonders if the rich guy really just wanted to woo her. Jen suddenly realizes the name Warner Buffet sounds fake. She assumes Dan set this whole thing up and accuses him of making her look like a fool ... - Raging Rafe saunters into the cell of the hardened cons, demanding answers. They are stunned to see his ghost. Rafe enlightens the thugs. They only killed a guy who looked like him. The killer steps forward and admits he will not be getting out anyway, all because of him! - EJ is sitting at the mansion working at his desk when Sami arrives. She warns he is delusional if he thinks those law books will help him get off. He calmly explains he is researching her relationship with Johnny and Sydney. Sami emotionally announces she will not let him take her children away from her. - At the Cheatin Heart, the D.A. blasts Chad for his arrogance and sense of entitlement. Things almost get physical. Chad coldly reminds him he is not even related to him. The D.A. withdraws. He advises Abigail to get out while she can and walks out. - At the Sapphire Club, Dan insists he did not set this up and wonders if Jen really knows him at all! - Back at the station, Rafe joins Bo and Hope in the commissioner's office. One of the thugs was a guy he put in jail for his second strike. Bo appreciates the good work and suggests he go home to Sami. Rafe admits he is indeed worried about her and how this will affects the kids. He heads home ... - At the mansion, Sami angrily proceeds to rip up and destroy EJ's legal notes on the desk. He broke Johnny's heart and he is now terrified of his father. She screams she will not let him hurt the children anymore. And Johnny will never forgive him. She will not let this happen! EJ holds up a document and solemnly states she has no choice. - Chad and Abigail walk together down at the pier. It felt good for him to tell off the D.A. He always sensed he was not related to that man and suspects he always knew. Their appearance and character are vastly different. He never asked his mom about it. She was a good person, but seemed so sad. He wishes he and Abigail could step out of the mess and be somewhere else. He gets closer. Abigail flirts that they are alone. She smiles up at him and he kisses her. - At the Sapphire Club, Daniel is offended that Jen presumes he would stoop to play games. She is sorry. She gets flustered and decides she should go. Dan reminds her that she does not want to be with him. She laments she cannot but she does indeed want to be with him! In the heat of the moment, Dan grabs her in a passionate kiss. Enter Carly, her eyes filled with devastation as she observes the love struck pair ... - Back at the police station, concerned Mayor Abe assures Tay she can stay with him and Lexie. She appreciates it but feels she will need some alone time. The imposter is wheeled by on a gurney. Tay lifts the sheet covering him and tells his corpse to rot in hell! - At the loft, Rafe reads a note from Will, who has gone to bed. Sami will be home soon. Rafe realizes where she has gone and darts out ... - Back at the mansion, EJ hands Sami the document and declares he is giving her full custody of the children. She was right. He does not deserve them and does not wish to hurt them anymore. Sami stares in disbelief ... Next on Days of Our Lives Viv smiles at Quinn. "Carly took the bait!" "I deserve an explanation!" Dan exclaims to Jen. She shakes her pretty head . Rafe is mad and suspicious, waving the document at EJ. "What are you trying to pull on Samantha this time!" |
