| Thursday, July 21, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! THE BIG CHILL - Part 2 - Jen gets nervous about blurting out what she had in her head. Dan had no idea. Jen is baffled he did not see it. That is the reason why Carly is so unhappy. Jen thinks she cut in line, as Carly was there first and they have a child together. Dan doubts Carly has such feelings and besides, they are not reciprocated. Jen laments she cannot hurt her good friend. Dan explains Carly is his friend too but he wants Jen! She cries she is sorry but Carly comes first. Dan does not understand. Carly is a strong woman. Jen shakes her head. Carly is not strong anymore! Dan wonders what she means. Jen is vague and adds Carly will need him there for her. She implores him not to tell her of their discussion and woefully departs. - Down at the pier, Viv watches from behind a crate as the dealer offers Carly some stash. She refuses. He charmingly persists. She still refuses. He walks off after purposely dropping the bag. Carly grabs it and takes off. Viv's eyes widen in delight. - Rafe is at the Cheatin Heart with legal eagle Justin, who is examining EJ's document. Rafe has already spoken to Sami. Justin states that so far, it all seems to be in order. Rafe hopes EJ is not pulling something. Enter Gabi. She is thrilled to see him and gives him a hug. - Kate watches through the pub window, still on her phone. She offers the club big money, in an attempt to prevent Chloe from singing. No luck. Time to regroup. She purrs she has the perfect idea and walks off. - Back at the mansion, EJ and Stefano loudly disagree. Stefano reminds him they won. EJ sees no victory whatsoever in winning the hatred of his son. Furthermore, he sees no reason to celebrate. He desires to atone for his sins and pay for the misery he caused other people. Stefano hopes he is not actually considering giving himself up. EJ coldly states he is not, but he will not live his life the way his fatha does. He is putting his children first. The phoenix thunders he is doing this to get that ridiculous Taylor Walker back! EJ denies it and defends her when Stefano calls her a money grubber. Papa phoenix growls that he should get with it, as that woman will never forgive him, especially not for her mother's death! EJ insists he had nothing to do with her mother's death. Besides, he is doing this first and foremost for the children, then for himself. Stefano intends to stop the lunacy by contacting his own lawyers - and he will not be stopped! EJ frowns. - At the Sapphire Club, Quinn is speaking with suited Randy, Chloe's client. Randy is requesting a repeat with Lola. Ring ring! Tis Viv. She summons Quinn to the pier. He assures Randy he will be in touch as soon as Lola becomes available and heads out. Kate now waltzes in and approaches Randy - holding up Chloe's picture. She wants to talk to him about her! Lola wants to be a singer, and she wants him to attend her performance. She will arrange for him to sit next to a representative from child services and tell them he paid her for sex. She offers him big cash. Randy is not interested in her creepy game. Kate puts the money on the table and boasts she is a DiMera. It would not be wise to turn down her request. Randy scoops up the cash and asks when the big show is ... - Back at the pub, fan Kinsey gushes to Chloe that she will tell all her friends to come to the club and hear her sing. She wishes she were as beautiful and talented as her! Chloe sighs she would not want to be her. She should just be herself. - Back at the Cheatin Heart, Justin kisses Adrienne and departs. Gabi sits with Rafe and babbles about the evil Rafe. She is happy and relieved to be with her real brother. Rafe is sorry and hopes the imposter did not hurt her. Only when she thought he was her brother. Rafe grins he is back now and here to stay. - Down at the pier, Viv profusely thanks Quinn for helping her finally get revenge on the woman who killed Lawrence. In return, she offers to set him up in a legitimate business. Quinn coldly states he would rather stay independent, as that is the way he likes it. - At the pub, Kinsey calls Chloe beautiful and talented. Enter Quinn. "My thoughts exactly!" Chloe would like a moment. Kinsey has to go anyway and cheerfully leaves. Quinn sits down and informs Chloe that Randy would like a repeat performance. Chloe agrees. She adds she got a singing job and hopes it will lead to more work, so she will not have to keep doing this. Quinn solemnly suggests they live in the moment. They leave together ... - Jen enters the Cheatin Heart and updates Adrienne. She feels she did the right thing, as believing she has a chance with Dan is the only hope Carly has right now. Adrienne asks what if Carly finds out how he feels? - Meanwhile, Carly is alone with her stash, crying ... - Stefano coldly walks out of the mansion, already on his phone with his lawyer. EJ yells after him to stop, then staggers, clutches his head in extreme pain, and collapses to the floor ...! Next on Days of Our Lives "Jennifer, you're still in love with Jack," notes Maggie CARLY I'm sorry, Daniel. DAN Are you? "You don't want Melanie with Dario or anyone else. You want her for yourself," Tay teases Brady, but he isn't smiling! |
