BIG PLANS - Part 2 - EJ loses his patience with Sami turning her wrath on him all because of a trivial tiff with her lapdog. He reminds her he is under arrest and has no interest in her petty argument with Lucas. He now informs her that Lucas was the one who snatched the letter and gave it to the police. Sami is surprised to hear it but dismisses his suggestion that Lucas has abused the legal system. He insists Lucas wanted to put his rival behind bars. Sami turns away and mutters he is not a rival. EJ agrees and gets closer. He whispers if she cares about Lucas, why is she here with him? He places his lips dangerously close to her face and her neck and dares her to answer the question. Flustered Sami shoves him away and insists she will not be dragged into his mess. He drawls she was the one who stormed into the station to see him. She calls him smug and arrogant and accuses him of lying and manipulating her over and over. EJ informs her that Will is taking the footage to his lawyer. Sami suggests he faked that too but EJ denies it. “I did not kill Stefano. I am being set up!” - Shirtless Brady reposes in bed with sleeping Madison and flashes back to the story of their romance. She stirs and wonders if he is alright. He is indeed, though he did not like that confrontation with Ian. She shares the sentiment. Brady lets her know what a difference it meant to him that she was there for him in rehab. She is sorry she ever doubted him. He does not think that matters. She wonders what is troubling him, in that case. Brady sighs when they told Ian they were getting married, it felt like revenge. “I want us getting married for us and us alone.” She gazes at him with love in her eyes and agrees. He muses they already feel very married and proceeds to show her what he means … - In Ian’s office, he stands over his flunky and orders him to get what he wants. The flunky notices someone else is watching the trash footage as they speak. “Take care of it or I’ll take care of you,” leers Ian. - Still at work in his office, Rafe gets a call from Spencer and notes that is interesting. He will pack a bag and get to his destination as soon as possible, for he is determined to get to the bottom of this case … ! - Back at Nicole’s hotel room, Dan explains he simply cannot stay. She understands. He tells her to call even if she has the slightest twinge. She is sure she will be fine and asks him to be careful searching. Exit Dan. Once alone, Nicole holds her baby bump and woefully shakes her head. She has a bad feeling … - Kate warns Lucas that EJ will for sure not forget what he did on this day. She reminds him of Sami’s connection with him. Lucas insists it is only the children but she begs to differ. She also realizes he did what he did to be rid of EJ, for if he goes to prison for a very long time, his relationship with Sami could be severed for good. However, even such a lengthy separation might not be enough! Lucas frowns. - Sami grabs her purse from behind EJ and walks to the door. EJ swears on the lives of their children that he is innocent. She snaps she has heard enough of him lying they have a connection and informs him he has used her for the last time. EJ repeats he is innocent, he did not kill his fatha, and she must know it! Sami walks out with a sigh. - Back at DiMera mansion, Sonny is ready to use some facial recognition software with the picture of the figure. All of a sudden, the footage just vanishes. Someone must have deleted it! Will is shocked someone else was aware they were watching. - Meanwhile, Ian gets rid of the hacker from his office and sits on his desk. “I’m sorry EJ, this is not your lucky night!” he boldly declares.
