Brady realizes the strong smell is due to a gas leak. Chad remarks no wonder his sister got sick. Brady deduces this is a clear and present danger. Lives could be lost! He yells for Gabi to call emergency services. No answer. Gabi is gone … - Elsewhere Andrew appears to be lost. Drip drip drip! Mel sits and watches wide-eyed as Gabi creeps toward her, but does not make a sound. Andrew curses that the light has gone out again. Gabi makes her move. She races to Mel, to help her make her great escape. Andrew turns around in the semi-darkness and calls her name. It all happens in a split second. Mel exclaims no no no but is unable to stop her captor from lighting his lighter. A tiny flame appears in the gas-soaked tunnel. KABOOM! END |
