Will gasps the DiMera plane is being fueled as they speak. EJ deduces the person who set him up has struck again! An attempt to flee would make him appear that much more culpable. Sami is horrified. Will adds the cops are on their way. Sami exclaims they must do something. “EJ, you have to run!” Meanwhile Roman leaves the station to confront him at the mansion. Chad and Brady return to the very precarious underground with their flashlights. They now hear voices! But just who and where are they? Nearby, Gabi is angrily telling Andrew she would have asked Chad to come and save her from the lunatic! Andrew angrily argues with her, implying he could expose her. Mel screams if that box lights up, they are going to die. If he has something to tell her, he should do it now so they can escape from this hell! Will offers to hack into the police computer and disable the tracker on EJ’s ankle bracelet. Sami snaps to just do it. EJ is apprehensive. Sami reasons he must stay out of jail to work on proving his innocence. Will is already at the computer. Sami gets choked up and tells him he is not alone, they will help! He quietly wonders why she is doing this. She sighs she believes in him, that is why. She stammers she will go with him and then return, pretending she has no idea where he is. EJ feels that is a bad idea but Sami is persistent. Will continues working at the computer. EJ finally agrees and slips out the side door with Sami. Together they crouch down in the bushes as he struggles to remove the ankle monitor. Outside the Kiriakis mansion, Daniel thinks they should forget about what happened today. Nicole agrees but doubts Victor will be able to. Inside, Maggie warns Victor that he will lose Daniel if he continues to gives him such orders. He laments he does not want to see him get hurt by Nicole. The redhead urges him to stop. This is only making things worse. It upsets her greatly that he does this when Mel is still held captive somewhere. He is sorry and embraces her. She cannot stand the situation much longer. Someone has to find her! He holds her close, having overreacted in part due to stress. Down in the tunnels, Chad and Brady try to pinpoint where the voices are coming from. It is not easy. Meanwhile, Andrew decides the time has come to put all the cards on the table. Pop pop pop goes the electric box behind him on the wall as more sparks fly each second. Pop pop pop! Andrew opens his arms for dramatic effect prior to his announcement. Mel and Gabi wait for him to speak. Roman bangs on the DiMera front door with the other cop and bellows at EJ to open the door. Will stands up from the computer as they enter. Roman demands to know where he is. In the garden, EJ asks gasping Samantha if she is sure she wants to come with him. This is the last chance ... END |
