| Monday, June 27, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! BACK TO THE FUTURE - Part 2 - Jen decides to break into Carly's place and refuses to let Abigail get involved. - At the house of Kiriakis, Victor thunders at Brady that Mel sacrificed to protect him and she would be going down if he talked. What kind of a friend is he anyway! - At the Cheatin Heart, McCarthy wants to know if Adrienne believes Mel's claim. Dario had said he missed a delivery. Adrienne flashes back to finding the woman's bloodied scarf in his pocket and agrees Mel is telling the truth. Detective McCarthy decides Dario is free to go and departs. Adrienne hands Mel her scarf back. Mel states they did nothing wrong, but Adrienne wonders why they are still acting like they have something to hide! Mel thinks she should not ask questions, for her own good. Adrienne doubts they shacked up and advises them to be careful. - At the pub, the graduation gang get gifts. Rafe takes photos.Will happily opens his graduation card that was created by Johnny (though he is not there). - Back at the station, Bo and Hope realize they must RELEASE Taylor. Bo now wants a word with Nicole. She asks if they have arrested Brady. Not yet. He explains they are on common ground, as they both yearn to put EJ behind bars. She is the key. All he needs is rock solid evidence the DiMeras are responsible for her mother's murder. Nicole decides it is time to tell him everything. Her lawyer later appears with a box, which she claims contains proof that the DiMeras locked up Rafe after his accident. She has DNA proof in the box! Bo opens it and takes out an envelope, though it only contains Nicole's will, which leaves everything to Taylor. Nicole is shocked. Foiled again, DiMera style! - Hope is brought an angry Taylor, who rages about being detained. She knows who the real criminal is! Hope explains that when she heard Rafe confess, he was drunk. They are still trying to find admissible evidence and assures her they are on her side. They want the man who killed her mother brought to justice too. Hope asks her to trust them. Tay hisses she does not! - Bo and Hope later discuss the case. Time to move on with their plan. Bo adds they have no choice and whips out his phone. "Let's do it!" - At the mansion, Victor repeats to Brady he cannot do this to Melanie. Brady storms out, miffed that grandfather keeps telling him what to do. - Back at the pub, Rafe pulls Sami aside and explains he just got a call from Bo. They now inform Will and Gabi they must depart, congratulate them again, and exit. T takes Will aside and suggests they get their own place as cool college men. Will shakes his head with a little smile, then promises they can talk about it later. Enter Abigail. Chad notes she is late and hopes nothing is wrong. She admits things are not really okay, but it has nothing to do with the DiMeras. Then who? - Jen sneaks into Carly's room and scoops up some of the white powder from the table ... - Back at the hospital, Carly updates Dan on EJ now being sedated. She apologizes for overreacting due to stress. Bo and Hope have promised to protect everyone involved in the coverup. Dan understands why she was stressed. Carly suggests he go spend some time with Jen. Dan stares and murmurs she does not seem to be aware of how he feels about her. He considers them a team, and they have each other's back. "Absolutely," says Carly. Dan drawls he has respect for her and her work ethic, not to mention how fiercely she fights for those she loves. He is grateful they have Melanie together and squeezes her hands before getting back to work. Carly gushes. Jen walks in and stares at the scene. - At the loft, Bo and Hope update Sami and Rafe on Nicole and Taylor confronting EJ before they were able to show him much of the imposter's confession. Bo now announces they should let EJ think that Rafe tried to kill him! - At the pub, Will woefully admits to girlfriend Gabi that he is not sure he is ready to face his new life and what comes with it! Meanwhile, Abigail suggests she and Chad leave all their problems at the door. He grins and gives her a kiss on the lips. - At the Cheatin Heart, Mel wants to thank Dario for helping her. They get closer and closer and start to kiss passionately. Enter Brady, in time to see at the kissing pair ... - Back at the station, Nicole is dismayed when Taylor is released and McCarthy explains she must remain until further notice ... - Back at the loft, Rafe drawls he understands the risks involved if he lets the enemy think he tried to kill him. He is ready. Bo warns the DiMeras would not stop going after him until he is dead. Sami gets tense ... Next on Days of Our Lives "You cannot and will not tell Taylor the truth!" Stefano thunders at EJ, who is still in his hospital bed. "It looks like Stefano's taking the bait already," Rafe informs Sami, Bo, and Hope. Justin grins and points at Chloe. "I have a surprise for you." She smiles in anticipation. |
