| DAYS OF OUR LIVES Part 2 Friday, October 19, 2012 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! SEEING IS BELIEVING - Part 2 - Abigail is on a mission of mercy. She is sorry about Nicole’s baby. She complains her mom spent the night in jail. Nicole snaps she lost her baby. Abigail snaps her mom lost her dad. Nicole does not think her being there is appropriate but the girl implores her not to punish her mom when she was the one who offered her a place to stay! - Outside the pub, Dan is pleasantly surprised to run into Jen, who is with her lawyer Justin. They exchange anxious greetings. Justin watches. Dan thinks it is great she is out. Justin explains she was fortunately released on her own recognizance. He discreetly steps away to make a phone call. Jen now thanks Dan for visiting her and supporting her last night. The medicine man appears much moved. She is especially grateful that he believes in her and thanks him profusely for the support. No one else believes in her and she is being charged with murder. She now learns the bag he is carrying is food for Nicole the accuser. Justin returns and Dan requests a word with him. Jen steps inside the pub for some food for herself and Abigail. Dan expresses his dismay with Justin that the fair widow is being unfairly charged with murder. She did not push Nicole down the stairs! Justin shares his frustration. However, Nicole claims she did and her testimony is key. Dan angrily shakes his head and considers. - Abigail assures Nicole her mother would never harm a baby. Nicole snaps Jen shoved her down the stairs as she hates her. It is the truth! The nurse returns and kicks the visitor out. Abigail apologizes. - Dan heads home and sits down with a sigh. He spies Nicole’s yellow shopping bag for baby and approaches. He takes out a baby outfit and smiles. Then another. He is soon reduced to tears. - Justin has brought Jen home and she is looking forward to having a nice long shower. Abigail comes back home and hugs her. She is happy to see her. Justin promises to be touch and exits. Abigail asks about the meeting with the judge. Jen explains she was accused of murder but Justin got her released on her own recognizance. Abigail believes she did not murder anyone and adds she knows she would do anything to take that moment back. A frown creases Jen’s brow. She wonders what exactly she means. - Roman suspects Caroline will be in denial. Bo explains at the hospital she was tough and faced it head on. Kayla thinks the three of them should approach her together but Bo feels that is the wrong angle. He feels he should be the one to speak to her alone. Roman suggests that is too much for him to have to do on his own but Bo thinks he owes her at least that much. He made her life hell after he found out Victor was his real dad. It wasted a lot of time. If he can be with her now in her time of need, “it’d be my honor.” And if the time comes, he will talk to her about them hiring someone. However, he intends to help her hang onto her independence for as long as possible. The big guy gets choked up. “We owe her that much.” Kayla has tears in her eyes. Roman agrees. Kayla wipes the tears from her face. Roman gets a call and must head back to the station. He hugs Kayla and reminds Bo they will talk daily. Bo stands up to get back to ma. Kayla urges him to keep her posted daily, not just about mom, but about himself too. They embrace and Bo sighs this will not be easy, given how Caroline values her independence. - Marlena laughingly realizes John cannot join her right now. She teases she will enjoy herself at the park and wish he was there. He kisses doc goodbye and they walk off in different directions. Kristen stands up and watches John walking away. - John saunters back into the office, assuring Syd on the phone that his concerns will be addressed at the meeting. They are preparing an agenda. He gets off the phone and grumbles the guy is a moron. Back at his desk, the CEO gets paged by Mindy out front again. He insists there can be no more interruptions. He needs to wrap this up and get the hell out of here! - At the park, Marlena is alone. She puts down the picnic basket and lays her blanket down. She cannot help but walk around to admire the pretty fall leaves and pauses to inhale the fresh air. - Dan returns with the robe and nightie for Nicole, in addition to a turkey sandwich from the pub just the way she likes it. She is pleased with the attention but not so sure about eating. He implores her to try. She will though she realizes he has other patients to care for and does not expect him to stay long. He sits down and reminds her she is much more than a patient. He now becomes intense and wonders if he can talk to her about something. Nicole is all ears. He initially hesitates, then admits he saw Jennifer today. Nicole’s eyes cloud over. - Jen would like to know what moment her daughter thinks she should take back. Abigail suddenly apologizes as she was the one who advised her to do something if she felt Nicole was hurting Daniel. Jen is aghast that her daughter actually seems to think she would push Nicole down a flight of stairs. Abigail stammers that is not what she meant. Jen hastily changes the subject. She asks her daughter to warm up the chowder from the pub. When Abigail leaves the room, she tells herself the only people who know what really happened that fateful night are herself and Nicole! - Nicole wishes to hear exactly what Jen said. That she remembers what happened when she fell. Nicole coldly states she should. Dan patiently wonders if she may have been mistaken. Could it have been an accident? - John gets a call from the front desk that a mysterious woman came to see him and refused to give her name. She walked right by! The door handle starts to turn and he waits ... - Meanwhile, back at the park, Marlena is sitting with her eyes closed as the sunshine streams down on her face. Kristen arrives and casts a shadow, causing her eyes to open. Kristen smiles sweetly as she stands before her. “Hello, Marlena, it’s been a while.” Marlena can only stare in horror ...! END |
