| DAYS OF OUR LIVES Part 2 Thursday, October 4, 2012 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! DREAMS AND NIGHTMARES - Part 2 - At the hospital, Nicole hands nurse Maxine her change of address form. Maxine cannot help but notice it is Dr. Dan’s address. She gives her a suspicious look. “You’re living with him now?” Nicole claims he is helping her with the baby and calls him a loyal friend. “Lord help that man!” sighs Maxine. - Sami pounds on Rafe’s door, shouting she knows what EJ did but he is not there! Meanwhile, Rafe pounds on Sami’s door, shouting her name, but she is not there! - Cam’s girlfriend wants to introduce her man Cameron. Abigail whispers they have met before. Cam coldly quips they are friends and exits with his new girl. Abigail looks down. Gabi approaches and gives her a reassuring hug as Abigail falls apart. - Sami peers through the coffee house window. No Rafe! Rafe looks in at the pub. No Sami! Meanwhile, EJ knocks on Samantha’s door. No answer. He decides to make use of the emergency key she once gave him. He walks in, only to be followed by Chad. “You lousy bastard!” He rages he trusted him when he promised to help him with Mel. EJ innocently wonders what he thinks he did. Chad complains Mel is not coming back. EJ leers he went to Justin. Chad accuses him of only helping himself. EJ says the words only a guilty man would utter. “What is it that you think I’ve done?” Chad thunders to stop lying. He knows the truth! EJ would like to know who told him this truth. SAMI! EJ freezes. - Victor just wishes he could cheer Maggie up over Mel leaving town and wonders if it is too early. She smiles he did cheer her up, though she is not that hungry. He understands and pours coffee from the silver pot. She laments Daniel is unhappy and there is nothing she can do. The Greek tycoon points out she is there for him and that means much. The redhead asks him to hold her and so he does. - Nicole smugly suggests nurse Maxine file her new address but Maxine is hoping that Dr. Dan will come to his senses first! Nicole is now approached by her last minute replacement lady doctor, who seems to be rather rushed. She will be leaving for South America to do charity work after their appointment. The usual doctor could not make it. They head to the examination room and she wants to hear the latest. Nicole explains she is due in 3 weeks and the father is at work. But he is here in sprit! - Jen announces she has a confession to make and gets Dan to agree to join her at a table. Romantic music plays in the background as she opens up. She fears she has been judgmental and wants him to know what no matter what is happening with him and Nicole, it is not her business. He tries to stop her but she reminds him that they used to be really good friends. She longs for them to go back to those times ... - EJ shuts the door and faces Chad. “Samantha told you WOT exactly!” Chad growls to ask her himself, though it is doubtful she will want to talk to him again. She is probably already looking for Rafe. EJ immediately explodes. “YOU IDIOT!” Do you have an idea what you have done!” He rages his brotha could have had it all if only he followed his simple instructions but he could not even trust him enough. Chad calls him a lying, manipulative coward. He stabs people in the back and refuses to take the blame when things are shot to hell. He concludes he is just like Stefano. “You are his son! You two are exactly alike!” But EJ is not the only one ... - Sami flounces around the town square, searching for Rafe. Seconds later, Rafe saunters into the town square, searching for Sami. They soon stop, turn around, and their eyes lock. - Chad is lurking outside the pub. He steps in front of Gabi when she arrives. He warns he intends to make her pay for what she cost him! She should think about that! He ominously walks away. Gabi appears spooked. - Nicole smiles at the doctor from her bed as she busily writes. As it turns out, there is a problem with the computer system this morning. The doctor wants to listen to the baby’s heartbeat and checks she is still taking her prenatal vitamins. She now asks about the baby. Nicole hopes he will grow up to be a doctor, just like his "daddy." - Dan pauses. Jen notices. He admits he is thrown. She assumes he does not miss their friendship. He calls her amazing. However, their lives are headed in opposite directions. Jen does not understand. Dan notes she is coping and he has made a commitment to be there for Nicole and her baby. She talks being friends. Dan gets choked up. He declares he does not think they can be friends. - Sami and Rafe run toward each other grinning, their faces flushed. She emotionally whispers that she knows and they kiss. EJ arrives and stares bitterly as she cries tears of joy and they continue kissing. - Nicole continues to tell the doctor about her baby. He was kicking up a storm until around midnight and then it stopped. The doctor nervously asks if there has been any movement since then. Nicole becomes anxious and wonders why she would ask that. The doctor informs her she does not wish to alarm her. However, no heartbeat is presently registering on the fetal monitor. Nicole stares in horror ... END |
